I had used Studio One for a pretty substantial order for a variety of my business apparel. I was in a rush because I was leaving for a trip to California in which I needed to take some merchandise with me. They shot straight with me, steered me in the right direction based upon my needs and uses, without wasting my time trying to up selling me on things I just didn't need. Very friendly and approachable guys who worked hard and were able to get my order turned around in time for my trip. They even showed me a T-shirt that, to what they said, had flaws and wouldn't included in my order batch. To which I had no idea and didn't really see any issues with. But this is exactly why I will be using Studio One for all my future needs, because of the honesty, dedication, and pride that you can see in their work, which when I'm using them to produce my company's apparel, it also reflects directly on my business's image. And as a business owner I understand this importance and understand you would only get this kind of service and quality from going into a local shop. I'm so lucky to have found these guys! I had to order a few shirts with embroidered logo for an out-of-Town presentation. Checked on Yelp to find a local business and saw good reviews for Studio One. Good choice! They ordered a shirt sample for me which came immediately. They quickly worked up our logo while I was there in the office. Once approved they said they'd try to fast track the order so I'd have it for my upcoming trip. Not only did they fast track but they were faster than fast. Shirts are in hand ready for the trip. These guys are very friendly and I found their energy very appealing. The atmosphere in the office leaves a bit to be desired (sorry guys) but the quality of work and customer service are excellent. We honestly couldn't have picked a better place to have our custom shirts made for our firmwide event. We originally went in to the store to see the quality of the shirts used with thoughts that we could go elsewhere if needed for the printing, but the two owners were so amazing and honest and great we couldn't go anywhere else. We brought in a COMPLICATED logo and they consulted with us on the best process and which brand and color of shirt would be best. They patiently answered our many, many questions and were always flexible as we changed the quantity and deadline. The product was 100% what I imagined - such great quality printing that I'm sure the shirt will last for years. Studio One is the best in the area!! I struggled for months dealing with unprofessional companies that acted like they didn't care about my business. That is not what you will get at Studio One. My experience with Studio One Screen printing was horrible. The work was poor quality and the professionalism between the owner I and was not there. I was given an excuse one after another as to why something wasn't completed several times. I originally came in and spoke with one half the business owner and partnership then was unfortunately taken on by the brother. You see the picture on the site is of a guy that doesn't even work at the shop! Let alone run the place, "False advertisement". At the rate this business is being run it won't make it too much longer. I wanted to really find a company to build a great relationship with, one that I could trust to help design some shirts for my company and it just wasn't this one. Hope you guys have better luck. The guys at Studio One rock. Had some shirts I needed to have screen printed on the front and back. Forrest and the gang were the only ones in the NoVA area that would accommodate this request. Other studios I contacted would claim to screen print both sides, but then when I dug deeper, they would eventually reveal that they were only printing one side, and doing a transfer on the other...which is not what I was wanting. My decision to go with Studio One was made easier by the fact that, not only were they printing on both sides, S1's pricing was the same as the cheaper (talking about quality) competition. Geoffrey and Forrest helped our brewery decide what merchandise would be the most popular for us, gave us swag with our logos on it, and spent literal hours of patience helping perfect our graphic until it was perfect. They are experts in every process of printing-- style, design, quality, quantity... Both of them made me feel like I was their priority client. Studio One Printing's customer service and product are bar none. Geoff was super helpful with my choice to determine the right shirt, fit, quantity and design placement and ink colors. He was focused on getting me the most for my dollar. The order and proof process was smooth and on time and if I had questions he was always available by phone or email in short order. I had a tight timeline and he delivered. Then when I decided I wanted to add something to my shirts a week before my trade show, he took delivery, got the printing done and jumped on a plane to deliver! Now that is what I call service. Studio One made shirts and koozies for my bachelorette party and they were both so awesome. The shirts were high quality -- super soft, comfortable and actually fit well... way better than shirts i have gotten at other similar parties which are always stiff and unflattering. The design was custom and super creative, they even put a little pic of my fiancé in it which was hilarious. They were a huge hit with my friends! The koozies were super high quality too and they put the same design elements on everything so it all went together. Definitely going back there for koozies for the wedding favors. Geoffrey and Forrest were so awesome to work with and I will tell everyone I know to get their gear printed through Studio One. I opened a roller skate shop (Sacred Roller Skate Supply in Herndon, VA!) and needed shirts printed for our grand opening. I am a small business owner getting what I'd consider small quantities of stuff compared to bigger companies, and I feel that I am treated time and time again with complete respect and professionalism. Studio One made custom hiking shirts that we were selling at a festival. They did an awesome job on making sure our design was exactly what we wanted and arrived on time for our event. They can custom tailor pretty much any design you could imagine. I personally love the shirts and bought two for myself for the trail! I would definitely recommend Studio One, it was nice to walk up to a business and have people come and talk to me versus waiting around or talking to a computer.
