My mortgage agent had to send the mortgage kit over and over again because she could never reach him either. I had a problem with the condo I purchased and he refused to negotiate and advocate for me other than sending a letter, which didn't resolve the issue. He did not help me at all even though I was paying him to represent me. Very disappointing!!! Overall, a very stressful horrendous experience. It was frustrating how they deny people that really deserve it. Finally after about 2 1/2 years of fighting I finally got approved. They were with me for the whole process. Explained what could happen and gave good advice. I am so thankful that I didn't give up. There was no way I could work again and I worked full time from age 18 to 56. Not like I was trying to get stuff I didn't deserve. It was a process but in the end it was well worth it. I highly recommend them.
