It was frustrating how they deny people that really deserve it. Finally after about 2 1/2 years of fighting I finally got approved. They were with me for the whole process. Explained what could happen and gave good advice. I am so thankful that I didn't give up. There was no way I could work again and I worked full time from age 18 to 56. Not like I was trying to get stuff I didn't deserve. It was a process but in the end it was well worth it. I highly recommend them.

Alexander Greco contracted to represent me in the J & J tort case for my mother…read more Mr. Greco had me sign and get notarized our agreement, an agreement he later chose to back out of without a reasonable, honest explanation. Mr. Greco backed out after about six months without even having the courtesy to speak with me about his unethical exiting of the case. After contracting Mr. Greco to the case, I provided some medical records of the cancer which took my mother's life. I also provided to him and to his assistant, Victoria Mueller, a list of 18 providers and the contact info for Legacy Medical Records, so they could obtain the full records of those providers. Mr. Greco made no effort to obtain those records. This is a fact that I have verified with the records agency, Legacy Medical Records. Instead, Mr. Greco chose to do virtually nothing for about six months before ultimately canceling me, via email, for reasons undisclosed. When I called to ask Mr. Grego what happened, Victoria said that Mr. Greco was too busy to talk to me. I was transferred to his associate, Mr. Goldstein did not provide a truthful, reasonable explanation for why he had dropped the case, nor why Mr. Greco had waited for so long to do so. Instead, Mr. Goldstein said it was too bad that I didn't want to hear the bad news and that they had spent considerable time trying to obtain records. However, Legacy Medical received no records requests for my mother from anyone but me. This fact refutes the claim made by Mr. Goldstein made on behalf of Mr. Greco that they had been unable to get the records. I have obtained, via Legacy Medical Records, the pertinent medical records for my mother's untimely death -- records Mr. Greco claimed (by proxy) to be unable to obtain. Mr. Greco wasted my time, energy, and money. He cost me valuable time in a tort case that is coming to a close, causing me to scramble to find new legal representation. He used his colleague to utter a false excuse for dropping the case. He did not even provide any reference of any other lawyers to whom he would transfer my case. He did not even have the common decency as Person to talk to me on the phone about his unethical choice to drop my case. Mr. Greco and Mr. Goldstein should be investigated by the NY bar association for their unethical actions.

My mortgage agent had to send the mortgage kit over and over again because she could never reach him either. I had a problem with the condo I purchased and he refused to negotiate and advocate for me other than sending a letter, which didn't resolve the issue. He did not help me at all even though I was paying him to represent me. Very disappointing!!! Overall, a very stressful horrendous experience.
