A few of my doors were sticking and becoming difficult to open but there was Mark to save the day!!He was able to squeeze me in within 2 days of my request after 6pm which I really appreciated!! I am in residential real estate and will refer Mark to not only my realtors but my clients as well. His company offers to rekey or if need be gain access to 6 doors for $89 and are willing to rekey foreclosed homes for the same price and leave a lock box for the agent so they don't have to be there. My elderly neighbor had a locksmith come out and work on the locks on 4 of her doors. He left without completing the work and she had no contact info so I looked for a reputable locksmith and called Mr Rekey on her behalf. mr rekey finished the work of the disreputable locksmith and when I mentioned she should get a few extra keys because her memory caused her to forget where she put her keys, he quickly made 5 extra copies. Will use again! Our technician was wonderful- very courteous and worked very quick. We ended up having a mismatched brand on the deadbolt and wanted all locks keyed alike. Our option was to replace that deadbolt. Mr Rekey had a matching one on his truck and the cost was very reasonable. read more
