I spoke with one of the owners, John, on the phone about the monetary details after his brother, Mike, came to my home for the estimation process. They provide a brochure which detailed the process with a complete description of the products which they had. They provided a list of over a hundred satisfied customers. They scheduled the project for about 2-3 weeks out, and on the day which the project was to start, their crew of 12 workers showed up early in the morning and 100% finished the job by late afternoon. The finished project was completed with no details left undone - I say this because I got up on the roof the next day to check out their work. The finished product was very well done - no bad cuts on any shingles, the flashing was completely sealed around the chimney, and the gutter-guards were installed perfectly. The crew did a great clean-up, and except for the beautiful new roof, you couldn't even tell that a 12 person crew had ever been there - not a speck of trash. The other good news was that Oak Roofing is a Veteran friendly company, so the discount was a bonus - every little bit helps these days.
