I can't tell you how pleased I was with their service! It's always a drag to get fingerprinting done for jobs (not my first time having to do so) and when I say that they made this experience so easy and delightful, I mean it to the fullest. My appointment was for 11:30am and I went by when they opened at 10am and asked if they could take me early and they didn't hesitate! My ID gave them trouble with scanning, my fingerprints were reading error messages and my authorization code for payment wasn't working after a few tries. Through all the chaos, I never felt rushed or a burden! When taking my picture, the daughter, (I cannot believe I forgot her name. Ugh I feel horrible! btw: it's a family owned business by mother & daughter) well she tells me "look at the camera and I need you to look like you don't want to be here" and it made me smile more! lol it was so hard because I definitely wanted to be there!!!
