My issue, however was with the bigger blonde lady in the copy print area.. she wasn't who was helping me so I didn't get her name, but she was there at around 12:00 pm today and made the worst impression ever. I brought in a jump drive to have 2 images printed, one was an E.T. face. It was not a copy written image, the image is free for download from the person who created it online, there's no watermark, no nothing. I have attached a picture of the image for proof. Its free for download. The Chas girl was not sure if she could print this image, so she asked the bigger blonde lady if she was allowed to print the image, the lady turned around and looked at the image, from ACROSS THE DEPT and said "no we can't print that" so I asked her why she said "because it is a picture of E.T." I replied with "but it is not copywritten" her very rude reply back "it doesn't matter, I know what the image is from." I let her know once again that it was not copy written and was free online for download.. she still refused to print my picture.. Okay so you mean to tell me that if I draw a picture of a Pokémon and come in and want a copy made, because the image is RECOGNIZED to be that image or have its likeness, that it cannot be printed.. ?!?! It. Was. Not. A. Copy. Written. Item. I actually used to work at office depot in the copy print department, I know what the f*** a "(c)" means and I know that it is illegal, which is why I found the image that I had.. I was not going to fight with her so I removed my jump drive from their computer myself and left. I called FedEx, that is around the block.. I told the girl my situation and what I needed done, she said she could do it with no problem. THANK YOU FEDEX FOR DOING WHAT OFFICE DEPOT WOULD NOT. Even though my picture was completely legal ! ! Horrible customer service. Will not return to this store unless it is to speak to management about my horrible experience.

There was another young man that initially tried to print and couldn't so maybe a little extra training is in order. Otherwise this store has plenty of resources to handle you printing needs, picture products, notary services and even offers mailbox service as well. All services are reasonable priced.
