We were really impressed with how clean this facility is and Claris was so nice and accommodating every time I spoke with her. There is full time security on the property, no other storage facilities offers this. We never had any problems with entering or existing, just a great all around experience. Nice, clean storage. Came with a friend who needed help loading some thing into her storage unit. I was impressed with how clean the building appeared. I did think it was an unusual set up, of the building itself. All the storage units I've seen are outdoor type units. Where you just park your car next to the big garage-door-looking-unit doors, and open yours up right in the 'road' of the storage facility. These however, you drive up to the building and you open the door INTO the whole inside of the building. Where there are 'hallways' filled with other storage unit garage door looking doors. Seemed odd to me, since I've never witnessed any like this before. The indoor units were decently sized. My friends unit, I want to say was roughly 8' x 8'. And that's by eyeing it and taking a guess. You could fit a lot of stuff in an 8' x 8' space! read more

My husband and I were moving to Market Common. We needed affordable, climate controlled storage. 'Mr. Store It' was recommended by our new apartment manager. The facility is family owned and managed by Clarice & Roger Linkous. We found them extremely friendly and helpful. The facility is secure and the building and storage units are clean. The prices and contract details were thoroughly explained to us. We have completed our move and we recently switched to a smaller storage unit for the duration of our apartment lease. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!! Clarissa (Clarice) and Dale were so nice to me. They provided me all the information I needed and took me on a golf cart ride to choose my storage unit. Dale said he lives on the property so there is true 24 hour protection and they have security cameras everywhere. So, the place is safe and convenient. The unit was clean and easy to access. I like the security gate access which is 7 days a week, also. Clarissa is such a wonderful lady and she is so pleasant to work with even when it gets busy in the office. Okay, let's just say for the record. The south is known for southern hospitality and good manners. We'll the two people running this storage unit center, have neither. They are the most unprofessional, and angry people I have ever come in contact with. Do yourself a favor and store your things anywhere else. My husband and I rented a unit close to our apartment to store sports equipment and camping stuff. We had just paid a full months rent 2 weeks prior, and I asked him to go in and ask how much notice we give, before we vacate the unit. We will be moving into a house soon. The task is easy enough right? So he goes into the office waits for about 10 mins and then begins to walk out. Then the lady working in the office comes out the door after him. They return into the office, and a few minute later he comes out and says she cancelled the unit. He has no idea how it happened but the unit is somehow been cancelled. Of course I was not there so I have no idea what he said to her, but I go in to do damage control, because obliviously a mistake was made. I walk in and explain what happened, and the old lady behind the counter tells me my husband cancel the unit. That's a mistake, he was coming in to find out how much notice needs to given before canceling the unit. She starts yelling at me saying my husband walked in a said he wanted to cancel the unit. So she put it in the computer. I say "Seriously? Do you prorate for the 2 weeks I have just paid for?" she says "no your going to pay for all those days". Then cuts me an evil grin, I kid you not! She is dressed in, What I guess you would call "safari attire". So, she must be a bit crazy anyway. Crazy Safari Lady is also mean, and I'm not getting anything accomplished dealing with her. I calmly asked "Do you have a manger I can talk to?" So she radios someone "I have an irritate customer, and she has no reason to be. I need your help." Then in walks this bald beef cake named "Darryl". He walks up to the counter crosses his arms, and then complains because he "can't even take a pee without someone bugging him".( Wow, charming! ) She tells him I'm upset because my husband cancelled the unit by mistake. Darryl calls my husband an idiot, and then threatens to "call the cops right now, and be done with it!" I look at him, and tell him. "I don't think is going to be necessary". I mean what is with this guy?? I asked her " how we get to our stuff? Now that our code won't work on the gate." She says she'll make a note on the paperwork, because there's absolutely nothing she can do about it beyond that. Really? No way to change the computer, or give us a temporary code. Nothing she can do to fix it, but we can come during business hours and get our stuff out till the end of the week. I say okay, and walk out. I'm speechless! That was one of the rudest experiences I have ever had. read more

Incredible facilities and service. I've never seen a storage unit so clean and well kept up, nor a staff more capable and helpful. The best.

Our church has a unit at this facility, and it has been so far better than the one that we had previously at another storage facility. It is very convenient, is not in a remote location, has an overhead light in the unit for nighttime work, and the owners/managers have been very accommodating. I would recommend this place to anyone. read more
