The two guys seemed chill and the guy who checked me in and did the windows was very patient and even went over random questions I had about wraps. I made an appointment through their website and put a $60 mandatory non refundable deposit. Dropped off my car and picking it back up within about 3ish/4 hours. After looking at the car, I do notice some bubbles but he mentioned that if it continues to have bubbles within the next two weeks, I am able to bring it in free of charge to get it fixed. He did a really good job on my tint, I already got compliments from a couple people I wanted to refer them to. I wanted the windshield strip since they offered it but he mentioned to come back another day. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

There was zero accountability, no apology that felt genuine, and no effort to fix the situation or reschedule properly. It felt like they didn't care at all about their customers or their time. If this is how they handle something as simple as scheduling, I wouldn't trust them with my car. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually respects your time and knows how to run a business.

When i picked up the car and took it home there were imperfections on almost every panel, i was really surprised that they let it leave in the condition it was in. I took it back and they did some fix up and made it much better. There are additional issues and I will need to take it back again. Plus one of the cameras on the tesla is out of alignment now. I'm confident they will take care of things, but I'm honestly sick of needing to take it back for reworks. The entire hood is also less that perfect sort of waves lines on it. I'm taking it back again when I can. Really disappointing, they did PPF on another vehicle for me and it was perfect. When everything is confirmed solid, I will update this review.
