2nd Appt since 2020 I am very satisfied close location for me. Made my Appointment by phone needed a First Time (Oil Change) on my MAZDA CX5. My Appointment went well ( COVID-19 ) is in effect so all the Sanitary Materials and Signs, Information, Hours etc are posted clearly. I was given 1hour on my wait time. The people who work here are super nice and very helpful! I had a leaking tire and they pulled it off and found (and showed me) that the tire had damage on the inside where I couldn't see it and it was about to blow. They got me in same day and were able to change all 4 tires, since the rest were worn and tread was low, and even did an alignment right away for me. Decent enough shop, given that you pretty much have here or Granado's to choose from. At least they're nice here, unlike Granado's. It's pretty frustrating to have make an appointment multiple days out just to get a flat repair. Guess I'm too old and remember being able to walk into a place a get a repair on the spot and be out the door in less than 20 minutes. read more

Won a free oil change/alignment/balance & rotate/fluids/brake check from a local event. These guys were great, wonderful to speak with, courteous, professional, knowledgeable. Took care of my car quickly and actually showed concern about my tires being worn....and didn't push to sell me new ones, which i greatly appreciated. I had my car serviced on or about April 14,2021 at Mr. Tire located in Prince Frederick, Maryland 20678. I have been a customer for several years for oil changes and purchased new tires from them as well. This time I noticed that the left side of my car had three marks that something fell on the side door and took the paint off my car and Mr. tire tried to cover it up with white out which does not match the white color of my car. A month goes by in May it was a nice day so I hand washed my car like I always do that's when I noticed these marks and a cover up job. I know Mr. Tire is responsible for this damage because they were the only company my car has been to. As soon as I noticed this I drove my car to Mr. Tire in Prince Frederick, MD and asked to speak with the manager;I told him about the damage and the cover up. He immediately got offended and said we don't have paint nor white out in this facility and flat out denied they were responsible for the damage. So I called corp. Monro Inc. they ref. me to their claims dept. Travelers Ins. Co. and was given a claim# FDS9347 and a claims adjuster; Ashley Kirwan, she too did nothing but argue with me and denying responsibility for the damages. Ashley Kirwan stated Mr.Tire policy is to get out of your car and take pictures while the mechanic stands with you before your car goes into the shop. I informed her why aren't there any signs informing the customers of this policy. I said I never seen any customers do that before they drive into their shop. Then when that didn't work. Ashley states that someone from walmart or the grocery store did these damages and therefore; the claim will be denied for repair. I informed her that I'm retired and hardly drive my car and Mr. Tire was the last people who worked on my car. The next day I got an estimate of what it will cost to repair these damages 745.00 . I called Ashley back insisting that they look at the damages. Ashley send a app to download so I could take pictures of the damages. Ashley review the picture and still denied my claim.stating that Mr. Tire was not working on that side of my car. I said that there's equipment every where in there shop and something fell on my car and instead of telling me the truth the mechanic tried hiding the damages with white out. I asked how long the mechanic had worked for Mr. Tire?. The manager of this store said 9 months. It was obvious Mr. Tire was not going to take responsibility for their negligence for the damages of my car not to mention they don't follow their own policy's nor do they inform the customers of their policies. At this point I wrote a letter sent certify mail to the CEO of Monro Inc. Michael T. Broderick again he just argued with me and nothing was resolved. My vehicle needed an alignment after my dealership's service department showed me how my tires were wearing unevenly. I called Mr. Tire in Prince Frederick after 6:00 PM and got the ok to bring it on in the same day since they had finished up with all their appointments . Better yet, there was an online coupon for a discounted price. I got there at 6:30 PM and was out the door in only about 30-40 minutes from the time I stepped in. I had a nice chat with Rocky at the front desk (as it was not busy) and am a happy camper as my car is holding steady and no longer pulling. read more

So today my boyfriend went into Mr. Tire for me because I was at work and they wanted me to go in the morning because I got my Maryland state Inspection done there, my dome light that lets me see in my car at night was working perfectly before it went into the Inspection and when it came out it wasn't working. Then they proceed to tell my boyfriend that oh they might have broke it and that they were going to charge money out of my pocket to just let them check to see what is going on with it??? Hhmmm.... How can someone say that they possible broke it them proceed to tell me that I have to pay to let them look at it. This is the worst place to get an Inspection I have ever been to when I know that they broke it. I don't want to go back ever again. They lost me as a customer. I would say to anyone who is getting an inspection done to not go there because they may possibly break something in your car and when you go back they want to get more money from you instead of finding and fixing the issue with out you being charged. read more

Had two vehicles serviced here for slow leaks. I made appointments both times. They patched one tire and found a broken valve stem on the second one. I had them order a tire for one of the vehicles in case they could find the problem with the one that had a broken valve stem. Well they didn't need to replace the tire so I appreciate their honesty. They kept the tire and no charge to me for ordering it. They completed the work in about 30 minutes a vehicle . I will definitely go back. read more
