This toy shop has been around since i've lived in the area, easily over 15 years. The signage looks a bit dated and sun worn, the toys are stacked outside and inside the door and down the cramped halls of the shop in a very messy manner. The toys they sell outside are all sun damaged - yet they are still trying to sell them at the same price as if they were still brand new.
Things are carelessly piled inside the doorway and the little aisles are in categories, but messy just the same.
Normally I wouldn't mind all this shop cosmetic stuff, but when the prices here are more than other toy shops I've gone into, as well as big department stores, I have a problem with them. Especially trying to sell the outside in the sun stuff. It rubs me the wrong way, the trike I was looking at for my daughter was at least $10 more here than at Toys R Us, and other lego accessories were at least $30-$50 more than the same ones in Myer and other places we'd looked.
So not a huge fan, I guess you can still find stuff for your kids... in the chaos that is inside. read more
