We have been homeowners in Gainesville for over 25 years and of all the work we have had done over those years we have never met a more unprofessional, irresponsible, and incompetent group of workers. We hired them to trim trees and a hedge. They shredded the trees and the hedge and "hurricane" cut everything after being told clearly not to. They tore up the lawn, damaged other landscaping, and destroyed planters and a birdhouse for reasons I can't even figure out. If you want to experience the worst service imaginable, go with Mr Tree. With so many options out there stay far away from this soon to be out of business company. read more

We had a really good experience with Mance. He came out quickly to do an estimate. Once we signed a contract, his crew was out within the week. They removed a forty foot pine, trimmed our oak, and our citrus trees for a very reasonable price. We look forward to working with him again. read more

I reached out to this company during the hurricane season. They responded promptly and came to my house the same day. They gave me a reasonable quote for the work that had to be done, which was a tree and branches removal. The job was completed on the same day, and they left a clean site. I also had a similar experience with Mr Tree. When I signed contract with them, I was very clear about the service schedule that I wanted for the year. Basically, in the summer months from May through Sept, I wanted them to visit the property 4 times a month.. Mid summer, I noticed that they only made 2 visits, so I inquired about it and was informed that they are only able to do twice a month in my area.. I do not live in the property and it was very difficult for me to find a replacement on time.. I continued with them for the remainder of the year.. Though have decided not to renew contract with them again. read more

They failed to trim trees correctly, damaged plants, return phone calls and tried to make me pay 50% up front before they even start working. Worst crew i have worked with!! We paid these people in advance for lawn care that was never delivered. They agreed to cut our grass on a monthly basis. First, the guy who gave us the estimate said the grass would be cut on an as-needed basis, but we later discovered they don't cut anyone's grass more than twice a month. Then, they sent us a bill claiming they had cut our grass the first time, when they hadn't. Then, in July, we paid in full (which for them means you pay for the month in advance), and they only cut our grass once, yet claimed they had been here twice. We got the run around from their front office for the better part of two weeks. We've lost time, money and are beyond frustration. I would not recommend them. read more
