From my 'phone call for an estimate, to the completion of removing 3 very large trees close to the house, Mike and his crew were amazing. He had the the equipment, from the crane to the stump removers and everything in between. The crew was on time, friendly, and professional. They all knew what to do and how to do it. Due to an untimely storm, wind, heavy rain, thunder and lightening, they had to leave, but still took time to clean up the street, then returned early they next morning to quickly finish. Thru the years we have had many large trees down, but not with such a great crew, including the owner. Other companies often left something undone, or did not clean up as they said they would. Not with Mr. Tree, everything was taken care of....clean, neat in my yard and surrounding area. Mike is a good as his word and gave a very fair estimate for a difficult job. I can't say enough about the professional and personal service from Mike. I was quickly given a personal visit and estimate from Mike and communication of services was on point. The estimate was more than fair and I felt very comfortable and confident with a family owned and local business. I was not on the property when my service was completed but was left Way better than I left it. I would have never known that major tree trimmings happened as not a branch or ground dust could be found. Mike and the Mr. Tree crew were awesome. We had a big, but delicate job due to the location of the tree in relation to our house and newly installed fence. They were able to bring a gigantic crane in to safely remove the large Norway Maple in our back yard without having to take apart our fence. They even left a bunch of logs for me to use for firewood and cut them down to the right size to fit into a splitter to make it easier for me. And the price was very reasonable to boot! I would recommend the Mr. Tree team following my experience. Mike is very personable, his prices are fair, and his team is very efficient and clean. We had a large leaning diseased Poplar that threatened the neighbor's house. The team did a great job of maneuvering their equipment around all the obstacles on the site. The tree was down safely before I knew it. They did a nice job trimming another large Poplar as well, and they took two brush piles of sticks at no charge. I will call them again. Mike did such a great job on our big Oak Tree. It had not been trimmed down in a while and I was worried it was going to look bald after he was done! But, he cuts with precision and care for the tree and for the safety for himself and crew. It looked stunning and healthy after he was finished. I called them to come and give an estimate for some tree removals and trimming of two more. Peter came in about 10 minutes and was very knowledgeable and made suggestions. They came today and did all the work in about 4 hours. They cleaned up great, left no dirt or leave, it looked fantastic. Have to amend my original review. Service was completed to my satisfaction at a really reasonable cost. They had a truck breakdown and through a misunderstanding though my work was completed.
