They are responsive and do remediate the issues but work should be done correctly the first time. Roofs are not rocket science. They did not put drip edge on my roof. Clear code violation and bats got in my attic.They came back and put drip edge under the first course of shingle. Not under the ice shield. They said that was correct. We all know it isn't correct. It was a patch because to do it properly in a craftsman manner you start from the fascia and work to the ridge. Don't use this company. They are insurance greedy and not roofing craftsmen. I told that person I would make sure they have a spot. It seemed like she wanted to reschedule or something Then a day or two later I get an email stating the sales rep was all of a sudden sick. How convenient and good timing. So I said okay and I wasn't going to work with them because the timing was suspicious. But I said that I would still work with them. So we scheduled another day. I received an email asking if they could come out on a specific day and I said yes but I guess I didn't respond that same day and that was a problem. The next email I got was a response with the another date almost two weeks later. I asked what happend to the earlier date and I was told the sales rep books up fast and they got booked and then the asked me if I wanted another sales rep and I said yes and asked what time could they make it. The final email the sent me said after checking they don't service my area. Like really?! I already gave them my address the first time we talked, and now y'all don't service my area? Which is the Philadelphia area. That's real strange to me and still confused by their actions and responses. I wasn't rude or anything. Maybe someone will have better luck with this company but I couldn't be okay without sharing this with whoever decides to contact this company and maybe they will see this and not do this to the next potential customer.
