All the employees are friendly. This time I took my Spyder in for the first oil change and a recall. It was done in about 2 hours. Meanwhile, I went shopping. I've purchased accessories from them and even bought my Spyder from them. They have a nice selection of new and used vehicles for summer and winter. On the show floor they have a very pretty blue 2012 Spyder I admired. Mines a 2020 so I'm not in the market, but that 2012 looked well cared for. Motorcycles not your thing they've got UTVs, ATVs, snowmobiles, jet skis. Heck they even have kids' size ATVs and UTVs. I got a kick out of one of the staff moving around a kid's UTV. He had to pry himself out.

I found Bob Mathers Ford when searching in Maps and they were only 2 blocks away! I called and Allen responded by walking to my car with a jump starter, but it didn't help. He then recruited a mechanic, Doc, to come assist. They pulled the battery to run tests on it and found out it needed to be replaced. They carried the old one 2 blocks to their shop & a new one 2 blocks back to install it for me. Started right up. Best customer service I've had in awhile and they really went out of their way to serve me. Can't say how grateful I am that they got me back on the road so quickly when I could've been baking in the sun all day waiting for help. I highly recommend them and, based on my experience, expect that they provide equally good service for their car buying customers.

Caleb invited me to stop by and have the vehicle looked at and test driven. A couple hours later I did just that. The man at the front desk, Joe, listened to my description of what I perceived as a potential 'issue' and we took the car for a drive up and down M-75 for 15 minutes. Joe drove and did some things one does to check if the issue could be a bad bearing or not. He noticed nothing unusual during that test or while braking. Upon arriving back at the shop he put it up on a lift to do a visual inspection of the rotors and pads. Not only did he not find anything, he pointed out to me what great condition the entire mechanism was in. He said the pads were good with at least 80% life left. Rotors were good looking, no scoring or corrosion. No charge, just good customer service. For someone like me who is new to the area I need to know service providers who are trustworthy and willing to win my business. Really made my day as brake jobs are not cheap. He invited me to stop by anytime if anything at all seems fishy. I will.

We bought from this vendor in September. We did get a list of items that they owed us. After they…read moregave us a fictional date of 9/26 which came and went we are still trying to get them to honor the "we owe" items. The fridge door in the trailer we bought from them is broken. They were supposed to replace it because without it the fridge is not usable. They have been unable to locate the parts and refuse to provide copies of the PO showing they ever ordered the items. Their problem is that if they cant get the door they need to replace the fridge and they don't want to do that. That's unfortunate but it's not our problem. We want and need to be made whole. My family is living in this $35K trailer without a fridge. That is not fair and it's not what we bargained for. We have asked multiple times for a date certain for the parts (fridge door or fridge) into and a copy of the PO showing they ordered it. Had dealings with Johnny (Sales Manager) & Lisa (Owner) which had been relatively civil if not very productive. Then along comes Tony Kesselring. Unhelpful, evasive, rude and disdainful of his customers. Comments like "I can't get rid of you fast enough" are simply the tip of the iceberg. His emails are full of double speak, conflicting statements and a general f*ck you attitude. We r at 60 days plus with no end on sight. If this is indicative of the Northern MI RV experience my advice to you is go elsewhere. When the principals of a business talk this way to their customers it's clear it's not the first time its happened but rather the first time someone has taken the time to report it. Stay tuned. We will be updating once we have filed suit. #avoidatallcosts.
