Their pricing was very competitive and they had very good customer service. It was a rainy cold night and the valets were able to keep our guests dry. They got the guests cars quickly too! The guests were very impressed with their service. I was too, they even came out to meet me onsite to discuss the plans for the party a few days before which was very helpful for signage. They were knowledgeable and had experience working in the area where the party was hosted and they also work with many different types of businesses and building types so it made the process very smooth and easy. I sent out a survey to the guests after the party and this is a quote from one of them in response to what they liked about the party: "The food, drinks, conversation, and fabulous Valet that kept us all dry."

Benjamin is the attendant that informed me and stated that this will completely be taken cared of. He help me set a date with body shop and made sure I was in the shop asap. Jason Weeks then took over with making sure I had a vehicle for the entire time my vehicle was in the shop. He kept me informed of when my truck was ready and was also there to help my transport back and forth from car rental company to the body shop. Prime Valet 100% lived up to everything they said they would do. It's unfortunate how we met, but they made the entire issue easy to work thru. Great company who lives up to their word.

I do so and inside to hang out at the bar. I get an alert to my phone saying my car was unlocked so I lock it back from my phone. A few minutes later I get another alert saying my car was unlocked so I shrug it off saying the valet must be moving my car. Ieave around 2 am the valet brings me my car and I go home. Monday afternoon some random guy on IG reaches out says he found my jets and chargers. I ignore him thinking it was some sort of scam. Thursday I need my MacBook that's in my MCM bag but the bag is nowhere to be found. I search find my iPhone for it and see the last location was Cash Cow on 10/27. I immediately started trying to contact the club and valet. I get an attendant named Josh's number and when talking to him he was very defensive telling me no this couldn't have happened until I sent him the screenshot. I wait until the club opened and went back there Thursday to ask Oscar what happened and if he saw my backpack or saw anyone go into my car. He says no. I then also speak to the owner Grady and he brushed it off as well and then left with his wife unbothered and not concerned a customer of his had a real issue. I then went on the Prime Valet website filled out the form and called and left a voicemail and didn't hear anything back. So then I filed a police report to get the whole thing documented and shared that info with Josh. He doesn't reply. So I wait a day and ask him for a manager or owners number and he tells me he's only a valet employee and not to contact him again. I tell him ok and that I'll see him soon so I can try to resolve it in person since he wasn't giving me any info over the phone to help me. I think get a call from a man named Rick claiming to be the point of contact. He was very rude and condescending and racist saying things like "I expected you to say things like this" and called me a liar saying my story was all over the place. Never once took time to try to help only accused me of threatening his employee that was gate keeping important contact information that I needed to get proper help. I then had my insurance agent call and Rick told her he would call her back and never did! If I could give this business zero stars I would! This is a terrible company! If you see them parking cars go the other way and park it yourself. If you own a club or restaurant DO NOT partner with Prime Valet!! They should be called Sub Prime Valet instead! Very and service terrible attitude and racist!!
