However, during a wash last month, the shark fin antenna on the roof of my vehicle was broken off. I submitted a claim on-site, and the staff at the location were courteous and supportive. Unfortunately, the claims department denied responsibility without conducting any inspection or review of the vehicle, stating--without evidence--that the damage was due to a manufacturer defect. They also noted that no other vehicles were damaged that day, which is not a valid basis to dismiss an individual claim. To verify, I brought the vehicle to Chevrolet for inspection. Their assessment confirmed there is no manufacturer defect, and the damage is consistent with an external force--specifically, the car wash. Kudos to Cornel and his professionalism and he also had the manager Brian come and speak to me and he gave me an OUTSTANDING deal! I did try another car wash last week on the other side of the plaza, but did NOT get the service I had anticipated and the attendant was BEGGING me to give her a high customer service rating for just a single car wash. Plus that place was waaay to busy - I don't have time to wait forever in a long line. I like Wheely because I was greeted with a smile and ALL my endless questions were answered. This is what sealed the deal - OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! My car came out clean! Much better than a laser wash. Much better than gas station washes or even…read morecertain car dealership washes I've tried (Metro Lexus). There was a long, long line when I went, but with three self-payment terminals the line consistently moved. The terminals were super easy to use and take credit card. There was a staff person to direct you into the wash which I think is important and is one reason I never use unattended gas station car washes - I don't trust myself to not mess up my tire when lining up with the track that pulls your car through. So that was a plus and the staff person sprayed down the rear of the car with a power washer hose. There are a lot of add ons on the car wash offers when you buy a single wash. For example, I chose the 2nd level wash ($13) because compared to the lowest level wash ($10) the 2nd level included bottom cleaning. However as I was checking out I was prompted to pay an additional $2 for a higher pressure bottom cleaning. Usually, I'm all for upsells, but in this case I think it undermines the wash. I would much rather just pay $15 than $13 plus $2. When would I ever want half as good a job done on my car? I love the idea of a membership, and the prices of those here are fair in my opinion. The only thing that kept me from giving a 4 and from signing up for a membership was that the blow dryers as usual did not do a 100% perfect job. If there was just a staff person to dry that would be perfect and I'd sign up for a membership for sure. In the summer, not a huge issue to pull off to the side and do it yourself, but in the winter...

Went this weekend to get my car washed, spent $27 for their highest wash level. When I got out to vacuum my car, I noticed the windshield still had bird poop as well as the front of the car had bird poop. When I went the staff to mention this, they said "that must've just happened". In the 100 feet from the end of the car wash exit to the vacuums, it must've just happened. It used to be the old place took and sprayed and scrubbed the front to make sure the hardest hit area from bugs and stuff. Nope, not anymore. I don't recommend their car washes.

They brushed and essentially washed the hood & windows of my car before I ever entered the wash. Not only are the vacuums free (and GREAT suction!) but they also supply microfiber towels and window cleaner for free. Such a deal.....great value! Unfortunately, I only come this far from home twice a year to see a Dr...... otherwise, this would be a regular stop!
