Great pumpkin patch, lots to do. Several bounce houses and a lot of photo op locations. The set up is perfect and my kid and family had a great time!

THE BEST Pumpkin Patch Experience in L.A.! Mr. Bones Pumpkin Patch is pure magic! From the moment we walked in, it felt like stepping into a fall fairytale -- every corner is picture-perfect, the staff are absolute gems, and the vibe is festive, family-friendly, and full of sparkle. My kids were in heaven -- from the adorable petting zoo and fun slides to the cutest pumpkin photo ops you could dream of. The decor is next-level (Instagram heaven!) and the pumpkins? Chef's kiss -- unique, colorful, and perfect for decorating or carving. They go above and beyond with every detail -- everything is spotless, the energy is joyful, and there's something special for every age. I love that it's both glam and cozy -- with hay bales, twinkling lights, and that perfect California fall atmosphere. We'll be back every year -- it's become our new family tradition. Thank you, Mr. Bones, for making fall feel like magic again!

For reference I went as a date night with my boyfriend: IT WAS VERY PRICEY for a pumpkin patch! They charge for parking, entry was encouraged to buy beforehand online, $25 per ticket, but the pro was that some of that money is counted towards a small pumpkin to bring home The photo opportunities were SO COOL but they were crowded so there was typically a small line for each photo. The customer service was amazing!!! The girl at the front asked us if we were on a date and gave us the petting zoo on the house there was a small enclosure with a couple stressed out, over fed animals. But all in all it's worth it for the pictures, there's just nothing else to do really, but much more fun for kids!

Mr. Bones Pumpkin Patch is a solid Halloween spot for the little ones that's well worth a visit if you're in LA. I would add that if you're not keen on making the drive out to Orange County or even eastward like Descanso Gardens, which is a slightly better production, then MrBones is a wonderful autumn event. Sure, it's a bit pricey, but considering the variety and convenience, it's fair. The vibe is lively, and it's packed with activities that keep little ones entertained--everything from face painting and feed the animals to plenty of photo ops opportunities. It's got everything you need for those family fall memories. Our 5-year-old was especially thrilled with the bounce house, which kept him busy for a good 20 minutes. We were given tickets to spend at the bounce house as part of the entrance price. I don't know if I would shell out even more cash for extra tickets to do everything. We all enjoyed the complementary magic and bird shows. With that said, realistically, I don't think this is first date material. I saw many families enjoying letting their kids run around. My hot take is that it's not a romantic setting for young love birds to dote over each other. While I'm usually not big on food trucks because of the lines and higher prices, the ice cream truck was actually pretty reasonable--or maybe it was just that hot afternoon making it extra appealing. We went on a Saturday and bought our tickets online the same day but ahead of time. When we got there, I saw there was a short line that may have delayed us by maybe 15 minutes tops. So if you want to save yourself the online processing fee, I don't think there's a need to purchase the tickets in advance. All in all, Mr. Bones offers a fun, festive way to celebrate Halloween without having to venture too far from the city. Perfect for families with young kids who want a taste of fall without the road trip!

We hosted a child's birthday party on a Saturday in one of the party tents and it went really well. For many of our guests, it was their first time at Mr. Bones, as well as ours. Ben was our point of contact there and he was incredibly responsive and helpful. Staff in general were friendly but besides booking the tent, were hands off. Atmosphere was festive for Halloween and there was plenty for the kiddos to explore and do. Activities included a spider bounce house, slide, face painting, petting zoo as well as live music performers. It was a lovely way to spend a Saturday morning and we were happy with our decision to host the party there. Fun memories were had at Mr. Bones.

I wanted to check out Mr Bones Pumpkin Patch for myself to see if it was worth the hype. I recommend going to Mr Bones during the week if you are looking to save money on the ticket price. It cost $10 for a general admission ticket during the week versus the $20 ticket on the weekend. I know online you can buy tickets ahead of time and you pick a time slot. This wasn't enforced during the week in the morning as there's not a lot of people. This is something to pay attention to on the weekend. Don't buy your ticket online during the week as the timed tickets are not really necessary and there's not a service charge when you buy in person. As far as activities go, it is much better to come on the weekends especially if you want to do activities like face painting, pumpkin decoration etc. If you want to experience some play areas, petting zoo and some photo-ops before all the crowds then the weekday mornings are for you. I was told they have a live band playing music and they have shows playing on the weekends as well. It seems like the weekend is the best time to experience all the activities. However, the crowds are very large on the weekends and that's something to take into consideration as well. It is well worth it during the week for the price of $10, but going on the weekend and having to pay for your whole large family at $20 per a head plus parking and ride tickets. That doesn't seem worth it to me even with all the activities for the children. Adults each get $5 of Bone Bucks and you can use them towards buying a pumpkin. I bought a pumpkin with Bone Bucks. It was like only paying $5 for my ticket when you look at it from that perspective. I would definitely take your family here to experience Mr. Bones and to check it off your list, but I recommend coming during the week maybe in the afternoon to beat the weekend crowds and still experience some activities. Some other thoughts, you must sign a waiver for each child and adult. If you have an energetic toddler itching to go inside. Perhaps, its worth it to eat the service charge as it's only a little over a dollar per a ticket and you complete the waiver there instead of completing a waiver for each person before you go inside. Food wise. They have a taco truck serving Cuban/Mexican food and an ice cream truck. They have a snack stand selling hot dogs and other snacks on the weekend. They have an unlimited wristband for $30 which I recommend if your child wants to go down the slide over 30+ times. The wristband includes everything except face painting and pumpkin decorating. Tickets are $1 each or you can buy a package 10 - $9, 20-$17, 40-$33. They have a $10 slide pass that's good for 15 slides. My conclusion is to take a day off during the week and come here for a few hours especially if you don't like crowds. I thought it was worth coming here and checking it out. You won't regret it especially if you have young children, but prepare to open your wallets!

This was the closest pumpkin patch near us at the time & we decided to go to Mr Bones :-) it was a pretty cute pumpkin patch, but it was a bit small for the price point. There's plenty of things to do for little kids -- so this is the spot to go to if you're taking lil kiddos :-) Admission was $25 per person & we had to pay to pet the animals. I don't think I'd come back but it was a cute lil pumpkin patch that we discovered.

This was my first time coming last year and it was definitely as expected. No disappointment here. My friend and I came finally after talking about coming here for years. We wanted to finally take photos with Pumpkins and I'm so happy we came to this pumpkin patch. For it being October, it was very very warm. So I suggest during the day to dress a little light. I wore a knit sweater and regretted it lol. I love how all the pumpkins looked and were set up. I was watching the little kids enjoy their time here and it just light my heart up. They have live music as well and a two or three food trucks if you're feeling hungry. There parking there but you can also find street parking and just walk. It's not bad of a walk depending where you park. Can't wait for this coming year and invite more friends to tag along. I believe from what I remember that they're moving the location somewhere else this coming year.

    Suzanne K.

It was our first time there, and since my baby is still small, and for $10 for the photo ops only, it was worth it! $5 pumpkin bucks came free with the weekday admission, so I was also able to get a mini pumpkin as a souvenir. I parked on the street for free which I recommend. Other options are to use the parking on site: self parking is $7 and valet is $15. For the self parking you have to walk just as far as being parked on the street, and the benefit of parking on the street is that the walk will be paved and even. From the self parking lot to the entrance, it is all mulch and will be slightly difficult for strollers (my friend parked at the self park lot). I forgot to bring my stroller but thankfully they offer wagons for use in the patch for free! That was an awesome service, great for babies, gears, pumpkins. Spent about 1.5 hours there and has so much fun with pictures and friends. I was worried because of the reviews but I'm glad I went!

My son enjoyed the wagons that they also provide at no cost since I see most ask about them

By far the best place ever my little ones love it here I am adding pictures from 2 years ago and yesterday they had a día de Los muertos event mariachi and Aztec danza love the vibe everyone is amazing here ‍stop by at Mr.Bones you won't regret it

Restroom? Is it clean restroom or portable potty?!

    Portable and fairly clean

    Open after Halloween?

    Unfortunately we are now closed.

    Is this place pet friendly?

Pets are allowed Monday through Thursday.

How much is it to come here?

Children over 2 and adults are $5 to get in. Then you buy tickets for the various activities. $17 for 20 tickets. Bouncy house is 3 tix for 5 mins. Slides are 1 tix. Hay maze 4 tix, petting zoo 5 tix. You get an idea hopefully. I just walked out…

Do they have apple cider and cider donuts here?

We occasionally have food trucks that have donuts, however we do not have apple cider and donuts in our concession stand - we do however have lots of other delicious options!

Is there a cost to get in and parking ? I'm talking 2019

All admission info can be located on our website! Parking is $10 for self park, there is also street parking in the area

    What are admission prices? Tickets?

Prices vary based on the date you’d like to attend. Please check out our website to find pricing info for your preferred date!

Does this pumpkin patch also have corn mazes/scary corn mazes?

Hi Liz! We have a mini hay maze for children however we do not have haunted corn mazes.

    When is their closing date?

    10/30

    Are dogs allowed?

    Yes

    Is this cash only?

    No, they take credit card

How much are the tickets, and how much for the parking?

    1. Weekday admission should be free. 2. Weekends: Not sure how much are in person, but $15 online + transaction fee = ~$17.…

Are ticket available for purchase at the door? Or do I have to get them online before hand?

Door. Also it closes at 9, we went at 8 and got free parking and admission (we have a baby though so we didn’t do rides/games just walked around)

Does anyone know if pets are welcome? I'd like for my chihuahua to join us if possible

Yes, we took our Maltese. Must be on a leash or carrier. Make sure pet is friendly because there are a ton of kids and they will try to pet your dog.

We arrived to find parking along a busy highway (?!?), with golf carts shuttling visitors to and from the entrance, just a few feet away from cars whizzing past. That was weird. Then we got to the sort of holding area where they keep guests until their reservation time. Before we went in, the owner came out to greet us...sort of. She gave us a basic history of the place, but before she did, she wished us "happy pride" and told us all about how virtuous she was, as if everyone should be celebrating? Weird and inappropriate to say the least. The last thing she did before allowing us the entrance we'd paid handsomely for, was to lecture us about becoming vegans. Which is one of my biggest pet peeves about vegans to begin with. Then she stood at the entrance and offered everyone literature on veganism as we walked past. I declined. Wholly inappropriate, offensive and off putting. I didn't pay to be lectured about something I disagree with. It was nice to (finally) see and interact with the animals, but some of the volunteers were too much. I understand they're used to dealing with idiots every weekend, but some of the instructions they were giving were flat out dangerous, like having babies (maybe 18 months old) feed carrots to grabby, nippy horses. Bad idea when little hands aren't any bigger than the carrots. Most (not all) volunteers were just a bit too power trippy and under-educated for my taste. I will say the facilities were pretty clean and appeared well kept, but the horses and donkeys were filthy and in dire need of grooming. Give your visitors brushes and curry combs and show them how to brush the animals. Win-win for everyone. It was nice to hang out with the animals, but most of the people I could do without. Probably won't be back again.
