I have just gotten back from being away for 2 months and my vehicle was in dire need of a full inspection, oil change, brake inspection & tires (as my current tires were nearly bald). I am still new to Miami as I am from the West Coast and took me hours to find a good, quality, reliable auto care center that brings value and true care to the customer. After searching I came up with "Hialeah Auto Care Center" and saw how many great reviews it had as well as recommendations. I dropped in as I didn't have an appointment and from the start, Danny was very helpful and did not try & sell me anything but for what I was there for. I left my car and a few hours after which wasn't long, Fabian reached out letting me know that my vehicle was done but my tires were really bald with little to no tread. He offered me tire options without being insistent or selling me. After talking out the options either Fabian, I decided on a tire selection and chose to further my business with "Hialeah Auto Care Center". My fear of not finding a reliable quality auto center was out of the window. Definitely coming back to "Hialeah Auto Care Center". I am truly blown away by the great service I received here when I came for an oil change. This was an amazing experience. I will tell you something, I hated when oil change comes around. I normally go to the Honda Dealership and it was pure torture for me because not only was it an all day event but everyone was in a crap mood and/or rude. I have horror stories believe me. When I came to Hialeah Auto care, I was greeted and I was told it wouldn't be more than an hour or an hour and a half. I didn't believe it. But was very surprised that it was true. The service rep and front desk guy were super nice and pleasant. Super detailed with what I needed and was recommended. I was not talked down to as when I go to the dealership or told harshly that I need to get this or that. I also got a detailed report of my car and what was going to be done. Even got pictures of my tires and I was told they will need to be changed soon but wasn't pressured or anything to get some. Super nice and professional here at Hialeah Auto. WOW. I have to commend this business. I had my engine light go on coming from North Florida, I made an appointment with the dealer and after I got there they told that I had to live my car to diagnose what was wrong and it would take 48 hours. I left the dealer very upset. I found Hialeah Auto Car Center on the computer and I called. They told me to be there the next day at 7:00 am. I was there and Fabian took care of me. Very professional and very nice. When they connected the car to the computer they saw what was wrong with it, they gave me a price, explained to me they called my husband and also explained what was wrong with the car. I waited for the car there. They gave me a three year warranty on the work they did, if anything happens to the work done I can call a 1800 number anywhere in the Nation. I recommend this business totally. And Danny is the one on the front desk, very professional and very nice. I give it 5 stars!!! read more

I was having a rough day and got a flat tire this morning so I stopped by the nearest auto repair shop. I spoke to a gentleman named Danny, who has excellent customer service, and he took my vehicle in right away. Many places would have tried to tell me that the tire was unsalvageable, but they called me right away to let me know that all it needed was a patch. The amazing service and extremely fast repairs, even under these COVID19 conditions, was second to none. I place a high value on integrity and loyalty. This business and it's employees represent positive standards not only within their expertise, they also shine above many other businesses in general. I had a flat tire and was stuck on the road- waiting on AAA. AAA recommended this place as they were within 5 miles of where I was stranded. I called asking if they could do it and letting them know I was waiting on the tow truck and told them to rush. I was told by one of the guys if I made it by 5:30pm they could do it. I kept in touch and let them know once two truck arrived and I was on my way. The tow truck got me there at 5:38pm. When I arrived the manager, Danny, told me he couldn't do it until tomorrow- and said idky the other guy told you we could do it- he gave me every excuse in the book - mind you there were a bunch of guys standing around doing nothing obviously waiting til 6 to clock out. It was clear he just wanted to get out of there and couldn't be bothered. I had a small child with me and it was raining. Even still under the circumstances - he wouldn't accommodate. Had to Uber and get it next morning. I sat and waited for the Uber and all the guys just stood around until 6pm and started closing up. It was one tire that had to be changed- 10 mins tops. Terrible customer service. Go elsewhere! read more

It took me a little longer to write my review but I don t want other people to be robbed like i was. On 12/23 I took my car there for a tire installation and i left my Bose headphone (500 usd) in the middle compartment. I drove there after the gym and i just placed them there thinking nobody should be touching there because there was nothing they could need to do their job. To make long story short I needed them on the 25th and when i went to get them they were gone. Been sure there was the only place i went i left the car I look around my place. Called the 26 and 27 and could not get in contact with anybody there. The following Monday talked to someone there and of course they say they did not touch them. I dont want to point anyone, but i am sure someone there liked it and stole them. Please don't go there and if you gave to go take your valuables with you. Do not trust anybody or make assumptions like I did, that people has principles. Even though the car is your and you are paying for a service. People has no respect. No returning to this place and trying to alert others ! read more

Ive been here 3 times already, not only due to the convenience that it's close to my house but because of their quality of service and competitive pricing. Last two times it's been to buy new tires for my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee and it was a great experience. Depending on how busy they may be, they can either be quick or take a bit long but they inform you before hand how long it might take so you can make certain accommodations. Good group of guys, all very respectful and never push you a sale that you don't need which is what I appreciate. Will definitely keep coming here for future car services. read more

I went in the change either the cabin air filter or the engine filter. I told the gentleman at the front I wasn't sure which one it was and he said they would take a look at it and the estimate time would be an hour and a half to take my car in. I did see they were busy but I agreed and stayed. As I waited they even offered pastelitos and coffee for the customers! How great is that! Before replacing the piece they showed me both filters and told me only the engine filter needed to be replaced. I appreciate that they were honest and didn't just lie and make me replace both, they showed me both filters. Not only were they very professional but I was in and out of the shop in less than the hour and half they had said just to take the car in. Great service! read more

We went in for an oil change for our 2014 Chevy Cruze and it was supposed to be $33. After the oil change they charged us $40 because supposedly that did not include them throwing the oil away and taxes. In the area an oil change can average $20-$25. read more

I went for an oil change and the 18 year old employee was not ASE certified to work on vehicles. He literally turned on my brand new 2015 car with no oil in the engine to create the next oil change due date sticker. On top of that he opened my radiator fluid container cap to check the radiator fluid and completely forgot to place the cap back on. Beware of the employees who work on your vehicle in this establishment. Owner doesn't want to pay experienced technicians so he's cutting corners with intern auto techs which will cause hundreds of dollars of damage and repairs when someone with no automotive experience destroys the well-being of your vehicle. Fat Bald Guy has the worst attitude when dealing with you, he gives you attitude and is entirely rude to the customer, (***HOLE).. Also prices here are outrageous compared to other mechanic shops when it comes to oils changes or basic repairs. Stay Away, don't say nobody warned you. read more
