That said, my customer service experience was uncomfortable. As an African American woman, I did not feel welcomed. The employee who helped me did not greet me when she turned around. She immediately started ringing me up without saying hello. She also did not hand me my bag. I had to reach over the counter to grab it myself. Small actions matter. A greeting and basic courtesy go a long way. I hope management works on improving the customer experience so everyone feels acknowledged and respected when they walk in.

The woman at the register was super nice. It was a random stop for us while passing through, but a nice place to browse, shop, and walk our dogs too. Would not recommend this place for any one if you want an expensive short term fix. Another time our car was brought in because it had a stability trac service needed, supposedly it needed a whole new engine. Well they had it for about 5 months before we got it back, and about a month or so of having it the engine seals went out on it. 100% don't recommend.
