I hung up, and decided to call Animal Friends of the Valleys to see if they could give me numbers for who to contact. I was immediately connected to a woman named Tara. She was so kind! I could tell she has a good heart. She was understanding of my concern for the injured bird. She took down my info and informed me that someone would be there to pick up the bird. About 20 minutes later, the bird ran off. I am assuming it was just stunned after crashing into the window. I called back to cancel the service, and Tara answered again.
