There was still dust on my blinds and counters and floors were not thoroughly cleaned. The toilets did sparkle and the house smelled clean, but other than that I was underwhelmed with the cleaning job. I paid for the move in cleaning service with an additional carpet clean. The service was $450 dollars, which was not cheap. I do admit there are several hard to reach places in my home; I wish during the estimate I was told these wouldn't be able to be cleaned and that I could have paid a lower price. I'd like to once again bring up that she did tell me if I was unhappy to tell her. I appreciated that comment, but I'm the type of person who wants something to be right the first time and not the second. I would use their carpet cleaning services, but not their house cleaning services again.
