Initially, I was very hesitant to hire a company from out of state to do our mitigation and restoration work, but in the end, I was begging them to stay and to consider moving to NC. They came right after Hurricane Florence hit Emerald Isle and they stayed until April, working tirelessly to HELP. They never asked for money up front, and near the end we were low on insurance funds so they allowed us to pay for some of the final work in installments until our insurance check arrived. That's unheard of! Joseph and his crew are very special people, with a work ethic that's hard to find. He was extremely easy to work with while dealing with a homeowner's association and its 17 homeowners, all with varying levels of property damage. Joseph did extra work for some homeowners and in some cases, he didn't even charge them for it. His word was golden and we could always count on him. He showed up when he said, he did what he said, and he stood behind all of his work. His prices were fair and comparable to the competitors, and in most cases lower.
