If there are 31 days in a month and they fill your prescription on the 15th well...you're SOL. They literally shrug when you point that out. I thought that going to the pharmacy was an experience that everyone hated and that all pharmacy employees acted like you were a burden until I switched and realized that it's just this place. Yes, it's open 24 hours which sounds convenient but don't fall for it. It's not worth it.

Coming from…read moreWalgreens, at one point I was used to being treated like a huge inconvenience, going without prescriptions for a week, or just being told to "call every day" to see if something is ready (no one picks up there). I switched to cvs and everything had been so wonderful. My prescriptions are always ready in time, if there is a delay they let you know, and they will call you back within the hour if you send them a message. Everything here has been so great that the one time I had a minor issue I pulled a Karen, left a one star review,, and called corporate. It was because of a mistake that literally wasn't anyone's fault and I realized fairly quickly that this was a monthly thing for me before. I hung up before I got through to corporate and deleted what I had written. What I'm saying is- CVS Pharmacy treats you so well that you start to expect more than humanly possible. Now that I'm not being a monstrous person who expects the world to revolve around them I'm very appreciative of this place. If your prescription isn't ready yet, you will wait ten minutes maximum. I highly suggest downloading the app though because they will always inform you when things will be ready and it will always be accurate. The staff is kind, eager to help, and knowledge. They also have some of the awesome pharmacy staff from Rite Aid which made me so happy. CVS is farther away than Walgreens but I *happily* go there instead because that small inconvenience saves me from a million large inconveniences. I honestly forgot that I literally dreaded going to pick up my meds each month because of how poorly Walgreens treated customers. Expanding my radius and going to CVS is one of the best decisions I have made as far as customer service/ retail experiences go.

This Walgreens has lost or messed up 3 of 7 prescriptions that we have had called in over the last 4 months. One, I went through the drive thru and they said they didn't have it. So I called the pediatrician's office and they said they called it in. I went inside to double check and the guy behind the counter found that it was in there but had been deleted for some reason. One, I had a family member go in to pick my scripts as I was at home sick, they said they had three scripts (which was right) but then they only gave her two and told her that if the third one was really mine I would need to come back in and get it. It was just prescription strength vitamin D. I went back in the next day and they claimed they never had the third prescription. After this last time I have change pharmacies. I know that Covid has greatly impacted supply and demand making it harder for some stores to keep certain products on the shelves but it seems that no matter what I just can't find the things I need. That being said I have found some nice sales that I wasn't looking for but I was happy to have run across them. I love finding those little orange tags and catching some deals. I've run into a few issues with the pharmacy and I reccomend those attempting to use it do a bit of research. My insurance isn't great and I've had to search for cheaper options. I've found that Walgreens tends to have some the highest prices on certain medications and they don't make compounds that I need. These are things I wish I would have known before I was talked into buy into the prescription program that has done nothing for me. I don't plan on using the pharmacy but I do reccomend this store for household items and basic products.

He set it to the whitest background but on the print it still was not white enough. Since they give digital photos, I figured I could probably do something with it.
