But they have changed up the staff and when I called this week to get our son in they wouldn't take him unless we filled out new paperwork. I understand that but I couldn't take off work and was going to have mom take him in...I asked for them to send me the paperwork so I could fill it out and send with my mom. I would have printed it out online but that is not an option. Long story short they told me they wouldn't send it to me I had to come in in person and fill it out or they wouldn't see him. I ended up just using a pediatric urgent care in keller and needless to say Swe are now looking for a new family practice and will be taking our business elsewhere.

Natalie was the last receptionist I spoke to and she seemed very unconcerned with my dire situation. I had submitted a packet late June that Dr. Hatley needed to complete for me in order to keep my driver's license ( I had recently had several car accidents that did not involve alcohol). It is now mid-September and I just found out through the patient portal it has been faxed to the DPS. I have been asking, only to get through to the front desk, for at least a month for this information in order to send it as I also had to get an Optometrist and Psychiatrist to complete a portion. KFM, Valerie, JUST messaged me that is has been faxed. I, not KFM, was to fax it so I could sent the COMPLETE packet, not piece-meal. I am told that my PSYCHIATRIST needs to complete the entire packet all over again. This entire process has been handled very poorly, especially for something so important. I was, never once, contacted by a doctor even though I had asked to at least make an appointment with whomever was handling Dr. Hatley's patients, as she is on maternity leave. I was told it was Lucy, a Nurse Practitioner at the facility. I was refused an appointment. DO NOT put your family in the care of Keller Family Medical. They are extremely cold and do not communicate with patients.

But even with having to be a little tough at times with patients like me that is afraid of getting blood drawn, she still makes me glad she is my doctor. Because she will make sure that both her and her wonderful staff will not let me forget what lab tests I need done. I saw a different GP in Southlake before coming to see Dr Sharif and it's because of this other doctor that I know I'm lucky that Dr Sharif is on my side. The other doctor didn't care at all what happened to me during one of the most stressful times in my life. The other doctor didn't want the complicated patients. But Dr Sharif doesn't seem to shy away from patients that may be hurting both physically and mentally. Anyway, Dr Sharif is by far the best GP/Internist I've found in the area.
