Those days are clearly over. This place has gone completely downhill. The front desk staff is now rude, dismissive, and downright condescending. They'll slap you on hold without a word, then speak to you like you're an inconvenience for daring to call. On weekends, you don't even get a proper provider, you get some PA shipped in from another location who's just going through the motions, literally checking boxes with zero care or attention. The final straw came when I left an honest (and negative) Google review. Instead of addressing the legitimate issues, PA Derek Hazelwood personally called me out in the most unprofessional way possible (during my appointment) and actually suggested I stop coming to that location. Let me save you the trouble, Derek, I won't be coming back to any Total Men's location. After this experience, I'm taking my business (and my health) to an entirely different practice. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. Total Men's has clearly stopped caring.

We will happily continue to go here as a family! We have been going here for four years and loved it. I had previously left a great review. But they have changed up the staff and when I called this week to get our son in they wouldn't take him unless we filled out new paperwork. I understand that but I couldn't take off work and was going to have mom take him in...I asked for them to send me the paperwork so I could fill it out and send with my mom. I would have printed it out online but that is not an option. Long story short they told me they wouldn't send it to me I had to come in in person and fill it out or they wouldn't see him. I ended up just using a pediatric urgent care in keller and needless to say Swe are now looking for a new family practice and will be taking our business elsewhere.

Dr. Khan is professional, patient, friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Unlike many doctors, she takes the time to LISTEN and EXPLAIN so you can understand and be a part of your treatment. She follows up when needed and is available in an emergency. Dr. Khan takes into account the "big picture", your wants and what she believes is best for your health. It's a team effort with your voice being heard. The office staff is courteous, friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Khan at Alliance Family Medicine if you're looking for a new, top quality, primary care doctor.

This isn't to say it's what you want to hear, but that you should hear. But even with having to be a little tough at times with patients like me that is afraid of getting blood drawn, she still makes me glad she is my doctor. Because she will make sure that both her and her wonderful staff will not let me forget what lab tests I need done. I saw a different GP in Southlake before coming to see Dr Sharif and it's because of this other doctor that I know I'm lucky that Dr Sharif is on my side. The other doctor didn't care at all what happened to me during one of the most stressful times in my life. The other doctor didn't want the complicated patients. But Dr Sharif doesn't seem to shy away from patients that may be hurting both physically and mentally. Anyway, Dr Sharif is by far the best GP/Internist I've found in the area. Thank you Dr Sharif and staff for being there for me during both the good times and bad. Stay safe and healthy during these unusual times. :)

I have found them both to be extremely kind, courteous, knowledgeable and not hesitant to refer you to specialists if they uncover something suspicious. Dr Ryan late last year saw me for a tiny swelling in my neck which was really insignificant but my wife wanted me to go so I went. He ordered a CT scan just to rule out anything. It came back with an abnormality. He referred me to a specialist who ordered a Petscan which showed Thyroid Cancer. Surgeon removed stage 2 thyroid in early December and two types of radiation followed. Point here is many Doctors could have ruled it as muscle spasms or something else but Dr Ryan was very thorough and his expertise and care for his patients made the difference and saved me from allowing the cancer to spread more. He is extremely courteous and understanding with his patients. Most complaints I see are on office staff but I have always found the to be helpful. You can't find better medical care than this office.
