He spent no more…read morethan 10 min with me...and charged my insurance over $600....he did no tests, nothing...well his assistant did take my BP. He gave me 2.. 90 day scripts that I had been on for years...that was 3 months ago...I called for a refill for 90 days...last week and I still have not heard back from his front staff and he still has no sent my RX in....I finally called the staff to see what the issue was and I was told I would need to see him to get a refill, I was just there 3 months ago...no one bothers to call me when I made the request....what is it with Dr's. staff and Dr's now days. My PCP that retired was wonderful...saw me once a year gave me a years worth of my usual meds. When I called for t hi staff would get him to fill it the same day! So tired of people's work ethics these days. I'm in my 60's and have my own my own business and if I ran it like this...I would be out of business...Where doe one find a GREAT doctor these days...

Well about a month ago I tried to make an appointment and I was told very rudely that she is no longer with the practice, when I asked where she went they rudely told me that she is just no longer with the practice. Later on my husband had to call for his DOT certification and wanted to speak with Dr Kirby's nurse. The front end staff refused to transfer him, and when he asked when he could speak with her, they hung up on him. this truly makes me sad but like her I must move on and find myself a new doctor.
