But expect to pay more than you expect. Complained and asked for refund for damage. They never sent me an email about the damage and never followed up after I officially complained about damage with the workers on site and they documented the damage. They responded to the review below please note they immediately responded to a bad review very unfortunate that they don't provide immediate response when they damage your belongings or have problems with their move.

It's a weird time to move (March 2022-pandemic ongoing, great resignation, etc) and we'd heard and read some horror stories about traditional moving companies not getting stuff delivered for weeks because they've been just overwhelmed. The call center folks, dispatchers, and drivers at U-Pack were all pleasant, professional, and got stuff done when they said they would.

We had things unloaded at 3 different locations at our destination. They organized everything on the truck for each one, and unloading was easy and quick.
