Olivia was our customer service rep for picking out our granite slab for our counter tops. She really went the extra mile to help us. We had seen what we wanted 2 weeks earlier but had not made a decision. Of course when we came back they had been purchased. When we were not happy with any of the other slabs we saw, she did some digging, made some calls and found out that our original choice was on hold and had been released and was actually available! She did not have to do any of that, but she did and we were very happy with the results. She also answered some questions we had about the whole counter top process from selection to installation. We were happy with the wide selection of backsplash and granite slabs but Olivia really made the difference in giving us a great experience at MSI. read more

My husband and I came in a few days ago to look at slabs and tile for our new home and it has been very overwhelming. We were greeted by this lovely lady and she explained the process and took us on a tour of the whole warehouse, even more overwhelming, she made sure she was here to help every step of the way and made us feel more at ease. She is just so knowledgeable and sure knows her stuff! The design I had in mind she brought to life by helping us choose our slab and tile. I surely appreciate her and everything she did for us! Absolutely Amazing Customer Service!! When I visited the shop to select my granite for the fabricator, the one I wanted had already been placed on hold by someone else. Before I could even be upset, the gal behind the counter offered to make a phone call to see if the hold was still in effect. Low and behold it wasn't and I was able to get the granite I had fallen in love with after all! Thank you MSI for going above and beyond and for your professionalism throughout the process! great selection, friendly helpful staff. We were looking for granite slabs for kitchen counters. We found one we really liked, but there was only one slab, and we needed two. Katelyn searched thru the inventory, and was able to find two sister slabs of the same granite. She had the staff load one up and move it across the warehouse so we could get a close up look at it. We had a great fabricator that did a wonderful job of cutting and installing it. It turned out fabulous!!! read more

I am changing my countertops to granite and wanted to see the slab. So I took a 3 hour drive and went to MSI to see their slab warehouse and they had a lot of items there. I received help from Courtney, she was really outgoing, patient with me, and really listened to what I was telling her. She did an excellent job in helping me pick out a slab of granite that was right for me. I would go back to MSI for my next house project. read more
