When I got to the register to pay she said $69. They added a 15% gratuity. First of all add gratuity automatically for large parties. Second of all 15% is too low unless you're in a local bar and grill. The point is don't get people to a register without a ticket and they not know what they owe in advance. Shady practice or you need a POS system in place to properly execute and serve guests. Needs stronger leadership in the dining room and kitchen.
