My husband and I had breakfast here one morning. You can do a breakfast buffet or order from menu…read more It looked like the buffet had more options like waffles and cereal. We decided to order from menu. Marcus was our server and he was quick and friendly! My husband got the kings pancakes, omg huge and they had strawberry blueberries chocolate chips peanut butter chocolate syrup and bananas on them. I had eggs bacon potatoes and grits! Everything was very yummy. They look like they have a good dinner menu also!

Beautiful venue. They need experienced Sr. Leadership help. We had a group of 40 or so for my…read moreAunt's 65th birthday. 2 servers with no uniforms on. Looks like they honestly grabbed 2 people from housekeeping. I specifically asked for my appetizer out first. A large group ordering Ala carte takes skill and organization. Food came out and was auctioned off. They just yelled out the dish and you had to remember what you had. My app arrived after the first group of 20 got their food. Spinach dip was lukewarm warm and cheese on top to cold to dip past it. My blackened chicken pasta was not blackened, was cold and was thigh meat chicken. I did not eat it. My mother had the fried chicken and it was the same thigh meat just breaded and fried. She did love her biscuit and molasses. My aunt had a chicken Caesar salad and they didn't put chicken on it. After an hour some people didn't have food and they came out to retake their order. At the end the kitchen team came out to ask how everything was. That was a nice touch. I pulled a sous chef to the side and gave him my thoughts on the pasta dish. His reply was if you eat it they will charge you. Trust me it had been sitting there an hour before he came out. Not eating it! At the end we all had to go to a register and pay. Some of us received a bill and some had to tell the cashier what we had. My bill was $60. When I got to the register to pay she said $69. They added a 15% gratuity. First of all add gratuity automatically for large parties. Second of all 15% is too low unless you're in a local bar and grill. The point is don't get people to a register without a ticket and they not know what they owe in advance. Shady practice or you need a POS system in place to properly execute and serve guests. Needs stronger leadership in the dining room and kitchen.

I've been here before and had a regular experience. Nothing great happened, nothing bad happened,…read morenot enough to write a review. Today was different. Despite seeing the low rating, I decided to come back. I was greeted pretty quickly, waiting behind a couple groups and then seated immediately. This is is what I would consider normal for a weeknight. My server then check in and let me know he had to greet the other table that was seated right before me. And then he came and took my drink order. What was better this time was my server, Mason. He communicated effectively and regularly. I asked him about the drinks and he was honest, telling me what he actually tried and what was popular. And when it came to ordering the food, he asked the right questions to help me make my decision. The food was the only thing that wasn't the greatest. It wasn't bad, but there is room for improvement. I got a side salad with ranch and it was actually way better than I was expecting. I got the outlaw ribeye and I asked if they usually undercook or overcook their steaks, he said that they check the temp of it is cooked under medium, so I got it medium rare. It was closer to rare than medium rare. The flavor was still good, and I didn't really mind. I also got the asparagus, and this was the bigger let down because it was overcooked. It still tasted good, but I knocked it a star because of those items. Also, the food came out pretty quickly and with enough time between so I could enjoy the bread, then the salad, then the main. I would definitely come back and hope to give them 5 stars.

Okay, I can't really say anything bad about this takeout order…read more My birthday is 4/1- a colleague gifted me a $50 GC so I decided to apply it towards my birthday lobster meal. (FYI: this is how I pay homage to my parents. As a child whenever we would go out to eat (weekly) - breakfast, lunch or dinner- I wanted and got lobster) enough of the mushy emotional bs... I decided to order red lobster. I order the lobster flatbread pizza, the Monday daily special, and the shrimp to share. I forgot to take a picture of the lobster flatbread. Lobster flatbread- pretty decent- It's Red Lobster! (No shade) but they need to do better... that was craw/crayfish Not lobster, barely any cheese or sauce(?) AGAIN, not bad Shrimp Trio- that shrimp Alfredo needed prayer, the shrimp scampi needs to be renamed to shrimp skimpy, the fried shrimp... decent! The lobster was pretty good, the shrimp scampi was skimpy and I have no idea how the broccoli taste. Before I end this review - the biscuits were Tiny balls.

There was an incident but the manager there was nice about it and rectified the issue. The waitress was not attentive enough for me. If I decide to go back I need the next waiter or waitress to be just as good or better than Hailey. Not my best visit but not the complete worst.
