I am still sitting in the office as I write this review. Correction, I'm still sitting in the lobby. In an uncomfortable chair, as is my mother. They have had her standing in the lobby for almost two hours asking questions and for personal information as people walk in and out. She was not taken back to an office. She's been left standing here. A co-worker walked in and made a comment to her "oh you had to pull up a chair huh?" To which I replied "well, we weren't expecting to be in the lobby for an hour. Most places take you into an office." The woman replied "oh she could have taken you back into an office." I complained about the chair, she offered to take me to the conference room. I said well hopefully you're about done. That was 45 mins ago. In 10 minutes we will have been here for two hours. NEVER COME HERE!

I truly feel that they're PREDJUDICE Because of the way I was treated especially the way my rude insensitive adjuster, Tyler Blanko treated me. I had to keep calling him for updates on my claim and whenever I did, he talked to me like I wasn't shit! Very unprofessiona! Not to mention he had me go through this extensive investigation including and examination under oath, had me gathering all of this unnecessary documentation only to DENY my claim for some bullshit ass reason. That had nothing to do with my actual claim nor investigation. Then they CANCELED my auto insurance for NO AT FAUGHT CLAIMS! I had insurance with this bullshit ass company since 2013. Went several years without having to file a claim but the minute I needed them and had to file claims they CANCELED me! I've never felt so humiliated and used in my entire life! Whats the purpose of having insurance and when we need it or need to file a claim especially a NO FAUGHT CLAIM, YOU CANCEL MY COVERAGE! Not only dLes this inconvenience you as a consumer it causes you to get higher quotes/ rates with other insurance companies! They even canceled my rental insurance policy for no reason at all! I'm going to fight them to the highest degree! I haven't had the time or the mindset to fight nobody with all that I have been going thru over this past couple of years, however today is the day! I also expressed that to them as well! If I could give them a NO STAR, I WOULD! This Insursince Company don't deserve a 1 STAR! Lastly, they will DENY YOUR CLAIM, without giving you a reasonable explanation as to why they denied your claim!
