There was that one time my checking got hacked and I bounced a check for $31.00 without knowing. The check was stolen out of a mailbox outside a post office, bleached, and rewritten for like $6k. It posted on 12-24, what a joy. They wanted $35.00 more as a fee for that check bouncing. They also told me I had to go to Hernando in order to get the fee waived. I argued, threw a little hissy fit, refused to pay the fee, and laughed at them because I already had the sticker and updated registration. They charge a fee to use a card, even a debit card (illegal btw) so that is why I write checks. I fully expected my kid to trade that car or for it to die, but what do you know, her husband drives it back and forth to work to reduce miles on his truck and it gets better gas mileage. So guess who payed all of the fines and bounced check fees??? Yep. Me. They also set me another nasty letter by certified mail. Can't catch me!! HA! Yes you can. It's not that hard. I am here 6 times a year at least with just the current vehicle line up. I really hope we can start doing this shit on the internet. We need some evolution here Mississippi!! Oh. One gripe. Horrible. My mother came here to switch her insurance from OH to TN. The woman she had spoken with…read morethree days ago is no longer with this company. Should have been the red flag to leave. I am still sitting in the office as I write this review. Correction, I'm still sitting in the lobby. In an uncomfortable chair, as is my mother. They have had her standing in the lobby for almost two hours asking questions and for personal information as people walk in and out. She was not taken back to an office. She's been left standing here. A co-worker walked in and made a comment to her "oh you had to pull up a chair huh?" To which I replied "well, we weren't expecting to be in the lobby for an hour. Most places take you into an office." The woman replied "oh she could have taken you back into an office." I complained about the chair, she offered to take me to the conference room. I said well hopefully you're about done. That was 45 mins ago. In 10 minutes we will have been here for two hours. NEVER COME HERE!

We tried to switch our home and auto with the help of Heather Winters only to find out she is a liar and thief. We provided everything she ask for and after weeks of going back and forth she tells us they cannot cover our home because it is a modular / manufactured home. I do think that's discrimination but just figured we would go somewhere else that actually wanted the business. She couldn't even be professional enough to call, instead she sends an email with some BS. Then I get an email saying they would refund the full amount. Now she says no refund. This crook took our money and provided no services whatsoever. I will file a complaint with the Tennessee Department of Commerce & Insurance and speak with our attorney.
