He's the one who helped me to close VERY LATE at night into my home. Anyway, up to date even eight years later. Applying was easy and like the fact that I only had to pay an application fee once. We applied for three different homes before we got one; but, we were informed the whole time. Yes, we was disappointed because one private owned home was turned over to a property management company and we cold not qualify because of our credit and prior evictions; but, that's life. When you make bad decisions, there is a price to pay. Ultimately, we still got a nice 3 bedroom house in Hickory HIll that we love. Our down payment was reasonable and our landlord is a nice person. My friend referred me to the company. He and his wife had signed up and needed a home within two weeks. This was during the winter months and there wasn't much to choose from; so, they ended up moving into an apartment that excepted bad credit. They requested a refund and received based on the schedule that was provided to them. They still use there services and will be using there property location service at the end of the summer. I read the review by Sherrica H. and my experience was totally opposite. There are two sides to a story and I have a feeling there is more to that story. If you need a place to live and your credit is jacked up, this is the best advice I can give you.... give them a call and check it out for yourself
