During our conversation, he mentioned multiple times that he was a retired Marine, and it was clear he took great pride in that. On the day of the job, he ran into some traffic delays but gave me a heads-up, which I appreciated. When he arrived with his crew, they brought an aerial bucket truck and a wood chipper, making quick work of removing the tree. While there, he also pruned another tree about 20 feet away.
