My experience at MSM was GREAT! The owner Luis is experienced, reliable and honest. All those qualities are hard to find in a mechanic. I came in for suspension issue after visiting another shop with horrible customer service. Luis took the time to show me all the worn parts prior to authorizing the repairs and explain how the components working hand in hand- that left a great lasting Impression. Needless to say, I opted to have my struts, lower control arms and ball joints replaced here at MSM. Driving home from the shop, the ride of my car was transformed back to its original glory (no more wiggle noises and a smooth ride). The best part was my car was done if a few hours!!
