This dude voided our entire warranty so he could cover his butt and act like they didn't do it. they lied over and over and I have now learned this is a common occurrence for this company. ironically, only the company itself can decide who's at fault. Dude even went as far as saying they told me that it had a leak the first time I took it (absolute lie and I have the paper work). awful people. disgusting way to run a business. passing the word to everyone I know (and this is a small town) to never go there. you're better off taking it a trusted mechanic. cost me over $500 in damages for a $2 plug they scared my kid into buying. what a shameful way to run a business. Despite arriving before other customers, my vehicle was overlooked and moved to a different bay so that other cars could be serviced ahead of mine. Even my wife enjoys coming here on her own and I typically handle the car tasks. I feel comfortable knowing they are going to help her with what she needs and nothing more. Interior is incredibly clean. There is water and coffee for you while you wait. One of my favorite features about this location is the wall of Vets. You bring in a photo and they display it.
