My personal experience was a nightmare here. I get off my car walk in and a worker (can't mention name because review will be deleted) is super unprofessional. Of course it is Chester Ave but I still expect at least a "hello" when walking in. I walk in to the shop they kind of look at me and stare and don't say anything until I ask if I can have some assistance. They tell me they are busy and will get back to me in a bit. Finally the guy asked me what kind of car I had and he said "we don't work on those" and walked away. So unprofessional. read more

He is polite and fair to all his customers. Norm bought the business from his father who began it just across the street almost 50 years ago. Norm's wife, Kathy runs the office with true professionalism and a bright smile.
