The day before the backup drive arrived, of course, my laptop crashed and I got the blue screen of death. I tried Dell but of course Dell is useless. I gave Ben my laptop and prayed he could extract my data--two years' worth of pictures of me and my kids, numerous writing projects and all kinds of personal files. In a few days Ben had extracted literally every file I had. He charged me $299 when other quotes I received ranged from $350 to $1500. He answered every email I sent him promptly. He's a good guy.
