We had a moment of confusion concerning my gender, but the Medical Staff was only unfamiliar with my paperwork dilemma. ("Is this an Insurance form or a Medical Form?" is the sort of question a Non-Binary person has to ask when there is only a binary checkbox and it is almost never labeled with the correct terminology. Obvs, nobodies fault stuff like that happens all the time. :) The Medical Assistants were all quick, efficient and genuinely pleased to be of service! They got me in early for my appointment too. I won't say my Doctor's name, but they were openly and respectfully curious as to how they might be of service to a Transgender Person, when so often the past told a different story. :( My Doctor addressed my every concern and meeting with them was very pleasant. The fish tank next to the check-out desk has an _Actual_Literal_Sea_Urchin_! They are very black, except for their orange rude part, and about nine inches across. The Staff Person at the check-out desk was friendly and enthusiastic! They walked me through every step of the check-out process with a smile! The Medical Assistant thanked me for coming in today! I am totally 100% assured that they will follow up with me at every opportunity and that our relationship will continue to be successful and pleasant.

She never did, went there the next day in person and spoke to a nurse practitioner (Beth)who changed the prescription. Her attitude was horrible, told me I was rude for asking to speak with someone in person. She said that my situation was not an urgency, and that it was rude to show up in person to ask for the correction to be made. Then she went on to claim that the reason behind their ineptness was lack of employees. Let me be frank, she is an awful person with a passive aggressive attitude who should not be allowed to speak with patients. Please avoid this place

I don't know if Sparrow is desperate, but apparently, they are hiring whomever off the street. I saw Emilia Ivans, PA-C. When she walked in, she seemed like she was afraid to touch me. She didn't make eye contact, and made everything feel awkward. Don't get me started on testing me for strep! It was by far the worst exam I've had. So bad, that when she stepped out, I called to get in somewhere else. I also felt cheated that I still had to pay for the "exam." I understand these kids have to start somewhere, but she needs to work on her bedside manner. In my opinion, based on her interactions with me, I really don't think she's ready to actually be seeing patients. I'll go to Fast Care again- but I think I'll drive farther to go to the Frandor location.

She also sat down next to me and explained every medication and she answered all of my questions. The wait time was minimal about 15 minutes which was less than my quoted time. If anybody ever needed to go to an urgent care I would definitely recommend fastcare.

I had been was told on a previous visit that Mondays and Tuesdays during the day are very crowded but the two times I was there in the middle of the night there was no wait time at all. Everything is done with care, precision and with the long-term in mind. Both my parents have veneers he did 20+ years ago that are going strong. They also don't schedule out a year in advance and when the window to schedule a well-child appointment comes around you'll be given a date two months or more later than you want. They also have several workers in the office but can't figure out how to stagger lunch breaks because the office is closed from 11:30-12:30. It's September 2022 and they still won't allow patients in the waiting rooms due to COVID. What other doctor's office still has this policy? I understand the FDA recommendation for masks but to not allow patients in the waiting room is rude.

They instead send you to the old Sears drive up, seemed like a waist of my time. They need better tools within the Doctors office for diagnosis. There then was zero follow up to make sure my child was ok. This was my first time seeing Dr. Klien. Even my 6 year old was questioning asking why they did not help her. I had to take my child to the ER the next morning. There are still illnesses other than COVID. The last 6 years with a total of 14+ have not been the best. There is a lack of communication and when I advocate for my child this pushes their buttons and they don't know how to handle it.
