Been a customer since January. In light of the new regulations that have been in effect since last week, they have encountered some problems with inventory. But that is to be expected. Do a little bit of research or google and you will soon learn that by FDA regulation, each and every vape flavor and each and every modifications of the flavor (for example: 30/70PG, 50/50vg, and the variations of nicotine levels for each modification of flavor) needs to have some type of chemical approval by the FDA before they can even put it on the market. This is just the tip of the ice berg. With that being said I ordered something that was in stock when I ordered it, in the midsts of when this new regulation took effect, just to be told that it's out of stock later on. I can only guess that any inventory they did have that hasn't been FDA approved could no my been sold as soon as this regulation went into effect. I did everything back in store credit and was able to order with that. Logistically speaking, it would be difficult keep track of all FDA / non FDA flavors and then update the enourmous amount of inventory they have available online, NOT TO MENTION each age verification has to be done by a PERSON, not a computer but a real live person, and then that person, yes a real person, calls you to tell you "congrats yay we verified your age and your order is on your way" and this applies even if you've completed this for another order. So if you like buying from mt baker, all I ask is be patient. Yes their prices went up a little bit, but if theirs went up its only because EVERYBODY else's did too, thank these regulations. I didn't really give Mt Baker another thought until I tried another friends blueberry liquid from Mt Baker which was pretty fantastic. This was an online shopping experience. They shipped my order to the wrong address, I contacted customer service to try and remedy the problem, which they told me there was nothing that could be done before item was shipped back and received. So despite the fact that I order my item over a month before my vacations, which I was trying to be cigarette free for, I did not receive my order before leaving. They also refused to refund me the shipping cost when I simply wanted a refund on the entire order because of the lack of help I received while trying to get my order on time for my vacation. I've worked a lot of client relations jobs and I've always had the power to make it right for the customer because this leads to increased trust for future client relations and increases revenue. Let's get this straight, budget is the only thing attractive about Mt Baker, but, you get what you pay for. I've been smoking their USA tobacco blend for a while now because it was so cheap. I always get the same thing and the strength, and flavor vary wildly sometimes. I swear this last batch I got has zero nicotine in it. It feels like I'm vaping dirty city fog. Also, I notice with Mt Baker, I cough up a lot more "fluid?" Where as with higher quality juices I don't do that. Now my wife is worried about the E-cig because I'm hacking up dank basement juice. Everything gets changed around, prices change, quantities change...etc. Now I login for my most recent purchase and they don't offer the size I want anymore AND most everything else is "Sold Out." The flavors are sub par quality and only reason I shopped here was for their prices. Now the prices have gone up and the flavors are still weak and diluted...unless you like the natural flavor of PG/VG. I found another place online and ordered, which I may or may not stick with. Their prices are very fair if not generous at times, compared to other shops. They have good variety and I have enjoyed almost every product I tried. Finally received my order today. Not after working with Mount Baker Vaper but contacting the USPS. They were extremely helpful, found the lost package and expedited delivery. I had asked MBV to contact them since they obviously do much more business with them than I do and you would think they would have some way to solve these issues. Their simple response was that if it wasn't delivered by 12 April they could BEGIN the refund process. As I did not have any expectations that this package would arrive I ordered from a company call the Vapor Authority, haven't tried their products but they arrived the same day as the other order I had placed on 23 Mar. I have been ordering juice from Mt Vapor Baker for over a year now. I still LOVE the juice but have started looking elsewhere. I have not yet visited the physical location as I order online. My 3 star rating is that in the past few months, shipping has become incredibly slow. It used to take 2-3 days before it was at my door but now I have a week plus wait. Also, I really enjoyed being able to try new flavors with free mini bottles. They had accepted your comments of what you wanted to try. Now you get whatever category they send you in 0 Nic strength. These bottles go to waste as my order clearly states I use nicotine. I have commented to them several times about this but get a generic response I do suggest ordering as it is killer juice but await a long delivery time and a pointless bottle of free juice if you use nicotine. This is an actual store you can visit. I was unsure looking at the website and yelp, as it looked like it was only a Web based company. Also if you use Google maps it is not the exact location. The sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable. I also did notice they had a bin that contained crushed packs of cigarettes, which had a sign stating crush a pack get a free starter pack. Lots of flavors and a flavor tasting wall. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one experiencing problems with this company. All their reviews on their site are perfect 5 star when their business has been going downhill for at least a year. I've been a loyal customer for about 6 years to this company. I loved the MBV brand juices and didn't order from anywhere else. I haven't been able to order any of the flavors I like in a very long time. They're always out of stock. I request to be notified when they're available but weeks go by and I'm out of juice so I end up settling on something I didn't want. When and if they are available they are out of stock in days. It's their own brand of juice and they can't seem to keep it in stock! They used to always send samples with my orders which I loved because some of them became new favorites but they stopped doing that a while ago. Social media hasn't been updated in at least 6 or more months. The business is being neglected and it's very sad. read more

The majority of juices are great to me, some don't agree with my tastes, but that is not to say they are bad. However, the shipping has slowed way down since the move down to Phoenix. It has taken 2 days for the package to make it to the USPS facility after the email saying items shipped had been sent to me, what that email means is that they printed a shipping label, but the product has not necessarily left their company. I have noticed it takes at least a week of mailing days for my product to arrive at my door. Best customer service from anyplace - anywhere - anytime! I received my order and after a day it just seemed like 'something was missing.' I examined the bottle and realized it was 0% nicotine instead of my preferred 18%. I inquired about refunding it, but for obvious reasons (tampering) they couldn't do that. Instead, they contacted me immediately and gave me several possibilities to resolve the issue, which I won't disclose, because your mileage may vary (I've been a long time, loyal customer).
