Great selection, well stocked, very knowledgeable patient and friendly. My first time in they had everything I needed. I called all other vape shops around looking for coils and they didn't have them. This place didn't answer the phone but I came in anyway because no one else had the coil I needed... I was greeted and helped immediately. I got what I needed and had lots of questions and tried a lot of flavors. Definitely will be returning! Straight up terrible customer service, walked in asking about the "herb" liquids and they were blaring terrible dubstep electronic music, I couldn't hear the guy talking and kept leaning in to hear him answer my question and after the second question I couldn't hear he says, "You must go to a lot of shows my friend." No dude I jut couldn't hear you because of the garbage music you were playing and you straight up mumbling half with your vape in your mouth. Lost my business for good. read more

To my fellow vapors, I would highly suggest staying away from this place and going downtown to Sugar or out to wiser lake to MBV. Their products are extremely over priced ($27.00 for a pack of replacement coils that cost $11.00 online) and the average price for 2 small juices will run you somewhere in the neighborhood of $40 - $50. There is no longer a rewards program that allows customers to redeem rewards and discounts. The customer service is not good at all. The last couple times I was helped by a younger girl, dark hair, early 20's who seemed to be annoyed at the fact that I entered the store and interrupted her visit with her friend. She also seems to get short tempered, rude and argumentative over petty things. There's just way too many negative things about this business. read more

I have bought everything for vaping here and have continued to go here for all my vaping needs over the last year but I went in for a disposable on my lunch break because I'd forgotten mine at home. Asked if they had any Melon disposables that weren't Ice as I can't smoke anything Ice. Clerk who was a guy with dark hair pointed out the 2 disposables they had that had melon in them that weren't Ice and he said he agreed with me and he didn't like Ice. They were $25 and I didn't really want to spend that much but based on the guys recommendations I purchased it. Stood there at the counter and opened it and took a puff...ICE! I told him it was Ice and he said to me "all disposables are ice". I asked to return it because I couldn't smoke it and he just looked at me and said "no, you opened it, took a drag and all sales are final". All disposables are NOT Ice, he knew it was Ice and sold it to a customer that couldn't smoke it anyways and then was extremely smug, unreservedly arrogant and rude. I really hope that $25 was worth the hundreds I would have spent there over time because I will never return. Ignorant rude little twerp! read more

Madison (the adorable girl that works at Total Vape) is always helpful, friendly and extremely knowledgable about everything in the store. They have never been out of any flavors of E-juice that I want to try and are more than happy to let me smell different flavors and make recommendations. I'v never been to such a store with so many options. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They are beginning to get better for sure. Hope they start carrying a lot more juices though. The only sort of complaint I had was, the employee behind the counter kind of acted a bit annoyed at us because we wanted to drip the taster vapes. I would suggest that you leave the taster vapes on a lazy-susan type thing. I know the worry is about stealing bottles but hardcore vapers aren't going to be jipping you guys like that. I used to work for Mt Baker Vapor, and Total Vape has more juice and retail staff that will answer your phone questions. Mine was about how gunked my Atlantis coils were getting and very fast. The gentleman on the phone remembered me from in person and answered all my questions. read more

Best vape shop I have found! Excellent selection and the staff is amazing! They are patient and really take the time to make sure that you are getting something that you will love! They always make sure you are getting what you need and they really take the time to educate their customers on different products. They have an amazing selection of different juices and equipment. Bad customer service.. Bad clone rebuildables.. Couldn't even get a smile out of the guy working there, just made me feel uncomfortable. I've bought 3 different RDA's there (rebuildables) and they were horrible quality, 2 of the 3 the connection pins just fell out after two days use.. When I took them back with the receipt they said they would take it back with a restocking fee. I asked about the price of the iPV 3 and they said it was $165.. Are you joking? Do yourself a favor and just order one from 101vape.com for $84.. and save yourself over $80 bucks. Total Vape is nothing but a Total Ripoff in my eyes now, they've lost me as a customer. read more

Absolutely one of the worse customer service experiences I have ever had. Employees seem very bothered to help in anyway. Bought a vape kit then they told they didn't have a battery for it. Went to another vape store to buy battery, they set it up for me even though I didn't buy it from them (ecigs on Cornwall, great place, BTW) it was faulty so went back to Total Vape..it was like pulling teeth to get them to exchange for a working one! Then that one didn't work. No they will not exchange or give you your money back. I will not be returning. Spend your money elsewhere. read more

These guys have been great to me!! I am new to vaping and they have helped me getting started up and they are always helpful in trying new juice and they have a ton of samplers as well!!! There selection is very large and they know there stuff and even gave me a 5% discount when I unknowingly bought some clone coils that didn't work at all and I needed more!! The costumer service is horrible there. They don't seem to know what they are doing and the lady who works there is the rudest of them all. They sold me what they said were top quality batteries, but they would only last for about 2 hours before they dead. This shop is run by teenagers who don't have a clue about what they're selling and their policies. They are totally unprofessional and misleading. The manager was condescending and rude and I wasn't allowed to return a faulty product. Then I was given the managers card and told to call him but he was never available. I strongly suggest you take your business elsewhere, if you want to be happy, like me and my friends from WCC, and that's a lot of us because more than a few of us have had similar experiences. (Word travels fast). Do yourself a favor and drive a few miles more where you can get better customer service by people who are professional and know what they're talking about. read more

I was really glad, and also surprised, at the opening of Total Vape. I walked in just to get a quick sense of the place, and I was impressed with the amount of e-juice they carry (they offer free samples of most of their juice), as well as the different varieties of hardware. Their collection of Ego-type batteries was more than I've ever seen! They also carry more than a few high-end mod units, and it sounds like they are moving towards carrying coil wire and wick material at some point. The clerk at the counter was really helpful and friendly. They do not make their own juice, but carry a few different lines, with their favorite being Volcano out of Hawaii. They are a bit on the spendy side, but the shop is really clean and well-stocked with enough variety of items to make the trip worth-while. My only suggestion would be the addition of a vape lounge area. Other than that, it's great having another cool vape store in Bellingham! read more

Okay, so I went into the shop to buy a few bottles of juice. At the time my build was old and sucked, I asked him if he rebuilds RDA's and he said yeah. So I let him rebuild it and he started sitting there sighing and bitching. Calling me out that my RDA was a little dirty. He told me if I come in there and my RDA is like that again, that he will tell me to turn around and walk out the door. This shop has terrible service, and rude employees.
