Please do not use them. We will be contacting our attorney and have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. We hired them to change two dead bolts and install 2 new locks. While at our house, their agent was surly and succeeded in drilling 2 large holes for locks on our door completely off center and not aligned with the existing locks, one of them right up against the glass. While replacing one of the existing dead bolts, he broke 1 of the glass panes in our French doors. They essentially ruined 3 of our doors. Only one of which can be fixed without full replacement. We had another contractor there at the time who quoted the locksmith as saying "it was a mistake, but they'll never notice." He then ended up leaving with the pane jagged and broken (a safety risk to my children) and 2 large off center holes in my doors! I spoke to their manager over a week ago who told me he would speak to their owner. Today I politely called them back. You're never happy when things go wrong, but accidents and mistakes do happen. I spoke again with their manager John and asked him what the company was going to do for us now that he'd talked to the owners. He told me the company would be doing nothing for me and that I "could handle it however I wished." He then hung up on me. I was stunned. Disgraceful! read more

If I could give those guys zero stars I would horrible customer service trying to sell me a lock that cost seven dollars in every hardware store for 20$ and then when you tell him it's very high the old guy starting to use profanity and bad language and basically kicked me out of the store if you can call it a store it's a shed behind his house I wouldn't recommend anybody using those guys very offensive not the best experience I had as a customer beware!! read more

I went here to have them service a stuck lock in the door of my truck. When I got there, they said I had to remove the lock from the door, and that they were not responsible for the door and refused to work on it. They have a BIG sign outside that states they work on automotive. Many times in automotive (unless it needs rekeying) the issue is not with the lock but the linkage. I will not come back here, even if they were the only locksmith around, nor would I call them outside to my home to work on my locks. If they are not going to take responsibility for the automotive work, then I can not trust them with my home or business. read more

even when busy, the workers move quickly, get keys dup very quick- lots of advice for home locks, esp. helpful regarding safety and alzheimer family members and how to keep them safe within house when everyone is asleep in the house. Very realistic and specific. I learned a lot about locks in just a few minutes. go talk to this guy if you have issues about locks. read more
