Totally unreliable and left us stranded with no movers due to the last minute cancellation. They offered no solution for us other than they had no one else to help us move. Overall my experience with these movers was fairly good. Although, there were times during the…read moreplanning phase where there were gaps in communication due to information and availability. Everything was picked up and delivered on time,but a couple of our Items were unable to be assembled because the screws and bolts were not packaged and shipped along with the rest of the items. The folks who dropped off we're supposed to follow up with us about this, but we ended up getting called by the company and having to fill out a claim form, still being processed now. The physical movers that showed up at our house were very friendly and helpful. They packed very efficiently and made almost everything fit. Again, most of the process ran smooth with just a couple of bumps in the road so I'd recommend using them just be careful with assembled items and make sure they are documented and accounted for.

We are disappointed about the time and damaged furniture, because we went off their stellar reviews. UPDATE: When we went down to the basement, we noticed they put boxes labeled KITCHEN meant for the kitchen. We paid movers to make it easier, not harder and with damaged property on top of it. Because the owner cannot separate emotions from business and favors an employee based on relations. We were hoping they would honor a refund and replace our fireplace. We discovered more damaged furniture, including a very expensive curio. They also left garbage in a closet upstairs, when we paid for removal after moving our furniture. They also left pots in the front of the house. Very disappointed that we paid $1300 for a bad job. UPDATE: Our expensive $1500 dollar table is knicked on one of the chair leg.
