He wasn't mean, he just wanted to play. he would jump up on us, and our small kids, and knock them down. After 3 week of training, in house at Muttworks, Keith brought him home. When we take Rip in for group classes, the other trainers come up to him, call him by name, and tell him how proud they are of him. All of these were a nightmare for me (and him). Now we can go out to stores, do outdoor activities, and even with groups of people. I was so impressed with how they turned his training around that I have also taken his "sister" a 4-month-old German Shepard to have her trained as well (dropped her off for training at 12 weeks old to start her off right). I took 2 handfuls (fur babies) in and got 2 very well-behaved best friends back. After 6 months we are now in protection training, and it is going great. The classes are very informative and, most importantly, fun because let's be honest, if you're not having fun then your pet is not having fun and now, you're not going to classes. Everybody I have interacted with at MuttWorks has been very professional, friendly and more importantly, THEY LOVE AND TREAT EVERY SINGLE DOG THEY TRAIN LIKE THEIR OWN.

Stephanie then informed me that the dogs could not be kenneled inside do to someone/ or dog needing more space because of its medical needs. I would understand this if it was brought to my attention way in advance. we have a senior dog that has to remain inside due to random seizures and has to be watched. once we found out that she would not be keeping them inside I was able to find someone else to watch them that would keep them inside. I had cancelled my reservation for them to be dropped off today for a month and she sent a message saying she can no longer accept my animals due to it being within two hours of drop off. I am not pleased how she handled the whole situation. We had to physically contact her to make sure of our drop-off dates and times were good to go (she never once got in contact with us to check in). If you agree to something that agreement should stand, on all of her platforms she does not state a cancellation policy, so I think that that needs to be updated. Plus, she is very rude and vague when she contact us. We've had the dogs picked up before and had to wait 30 minutes to an hour waiting for someone to showed up to let us get our dogs. Dog sitting is not cheap so me paying over $1000 I would expect a little bit more.

I like to travel but feel a great deal of stress about leaving our cats, Carly and Raven. Neither…read morecat is very friendly to strangers (in general). I have had friends come by, but I am sometimes gone for too long to feel comfortable imposing on them. I found Lorraine's service My Vacation Pet Nanny online, and I called and was immediately impressed. She made an appointment and came over to meet the cats. She sent paperwork via email, and although I always leave a detailed note, I felt more confident knowing that she was that organized. (She also texts or emails right before a trip to say that she remembers and will be there - important for me because I have had someone forget in the past.) I first left the cats with her for 9 or 10 days in the late summer, and then again for 2.5 weeks last month. The first time I was in the country, and she sent several texts with pictures, in addition to leaving written notes each day (which I had requested). The next time I was on a ship and unavailable via text, so she sent a text on an alternate number I had given (one of the internet text services) and several emails with pictures and a video. Raven, who dislikes almost everyone, actually climbed into her lap one day! She doesn't just do the basic job (food, water, litter, etc.) - she cares about and plays with the animals. For me, her care of my pets makes the difference between my enjoying a trip or not - I can now relax and know that they are well cared for. I give her service my highest recommendation. If you worry about your pets as I do, you will feel so much more relaxed and happy if you hire Lorraine when you travel! I would give more than 5 stars if that were an option.
