However, twice I have called for a routine appt to vaccinate my other dog and both times they told me the right time but the wrong day of the week. I live an hour away and the first time it occurred, they were able to squeeze me in on the day I was told (they said the appt was the previous day). The second time they could not accommodate me so I left and opted to take my dog elsewhere since I had wasted over two hours for nothing.
