Jack was great. He texted to see if it was OK to show up a bit early then texted when he got there. We looked at the roof together and in the end he reassured me that while there was a couple of shingles that were off he then explained why he didn't think that it required any further work. I had another company come out who recommended a costly replacement. It speaks to the integrity of this company that they put my interests ahead of theirs. Would definitely use them again.

Mike and Roger arrived the next day, and we discussed the procedure, including my concern to not damage the roof from falling branches. I watched in amazement as Mike surgically trimmed the limbs; and each piece never even touched the roof as they swung free of the edge, and dropped to the ground away from the house! Fantastic! I found a house that I fell in love with! It was perfect. The house was ten years old, and I was concerned about the roof's condition. The seller's realtor said the roof was brand new ( 2 years or less). Bryan did his inspection and found some things that needed to be fixed and the biggie; the roof was totaled. This information in advance gave me time to decide what to do and how to negotiate with the seller. The seller refused to replace the roof. So we had the seller fix everything else, and I bought the house rolling into my 30 yr loan the cost of the new roof. I have used Rose Inspection over the last five years. Bryan is thorough and fair. You know what you are buying, and the report he provides is simple to understand and read. I recommend Rose Inspection to anyone who needs to know what they are buying and want a report that is clear and concise.
