I mentioned my concern to the site supervisor that we have had multiple cleans over the years when on the first storm after cleaning, the water was overflowing the gutter/downspout by front door. He looked at roof and pointed out that there was too much surface area for the gutter to handle drainage and that was a big part of the problem. Simply the best. I called them to get an estimate for new gutters as I was quoted $12,000 by Power, Inc. It's not always a quick response time, but hold your horses. They are busy for a reason. The owner's husband arrived on the date set and told us we did not need new gutters, just a cleaning. All it cost was $200. Power freaked us out with photos, and a fancy estimate indicating our gutters were in terrible shape and needed to be replaced soon or else our foundation could be compromised. Today I was told by he two young men who cleaned our gutters that Power hires them to replace gutters, pays them $2000 and charges their customers $12,000. Nice profit! read more

Could not be more impressed with this company. They were quick to schedule the estimate. Came with answers to all of my questions and a very reasonable price. Scheduled for 2 weeks later. Despite blowing snow and cold their team was at my house on time and finished the replacement of my gutters in record time. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up very well too. I had initially gave this company one star because they never got back to me after I contacted them about the work they completed as it did not fix the issue. Today, they have reached out to me and shared that they did not receive my complaints and were totally unaware that I was unhappy and provided a total refund for the work that was done. I have been very upset about this issue for weeks because I felt that I purchased something that was not needed, but it is rare these days that anyone cares enough to do the right thing. I have to say that I am impressed by their customer service on the back end NOW, and as no stranger to running a small business, I understand that every once in awhile, things get missed. The gutter they installed look great, but that did not solve the problem. It just comes down to the crew not checking for clogs, which must have been the failure point.
