She wasn't pushy at all and didn't upsell me anything - just gave me all the tips and info. We decided on a tandem snowmobile for an hour with a guide. We arrived 20 minutes late but she was so professional - she shortened and made the check in process so easy. There was a cabin with fire where you can change since Deer Mountain was quite cold and was snowing that day desolate the snow drought. She was mega attentive and taught us everything and told us exactly where we were going. She took couple of pictures for us and explained what we'll see had it not been so foggy. On the way back when we stopped at a viewpoint my boyfriend accidentally accelerated and we toppled right where the cliff started - Michele rushed over and helped us up and we genuinely concerned for our well being. We're so grateful she was our guide and can't recommend her enough. She's an amazing person with a beautiful smile and we definitely suggest everyone go snowmobile with her, especially first timers!

It was sunny with a 0 percent chance of snow, the snow was soft and pillow-like, and the AccuWeather Doppler showed a chance of chilly like a mofo. I didn't slide down the hill, not because I didn't want to, rather it was because there was no pulley system to hoist me up there LOL, but I did however play in the snow until my wet body told me otherwise. Great place for a day adventure! Bathrooms on scene were a good addition to having lunch at this spot, but be warned, practice your breath holding techniques, since it is just a bonified covered outhouse afterall.

From the put in where the guides helped me move my 15' raft and gave me verbal beta on the notorious Dragons Tooth rapid to the actual rapid itself they were polite and helpful. We didn't see them for 2 days on the river until the scout for Dragons Tooth. Being just a single boat with two people I graciously accepted Aaron's offer to keep an eye on us through the scary rapid. Imagine my surprise as we emerged from the chaotic maelstrom to 6 guides working safety and 45 cheering clients. It was truly a surreal river experience. A big part of a great guide service is how they treat their customers and other boaters. If you want to be on the river with a self important grump, there are plenty of them out there. If your desire is to run a classic river with a truly nice, excited, and competent group of guides River Dancers is your outfit.

In the beginning of the trail, there is a General Store and restroom. The restroom is an actual restroom with toilet and sink. Not a portable potty! The trail to Burney Falls was easy. Different parts of the trail, there is a different view of the fall. The view from bottom of the fall was breathtaking. Be very careful if you want to get close to the fall. The rocks can be very slippery. We went off season so the crowds were not as bad as expected. If visiting Friday-Sunday or during the holidays, reservations are required. My family and I were booked to stay at one of their cabins (cabin #68) this past weekend and it was…read morea complete nightmare. We found bed bugs everywhere! We did not sleep the night we got there as we were trying to scramble to find another place to stay at. We ended up staying in our vehicle and contacted the manager to report the infestation. The manager claimed that they've done their due diligence to keep their cabins sanitized, but if you refer to the photos and videos I posted that is a complete LIE! Instead of enjoying our vacation, we ended up having to go to a local laundry mat to clean our clothes. Not to mention upon coming home my nephew finds a bed bug on one of his bags. Can you imagine the hell we've been through? It's terrible! To top it off, my niece's friend gets rushed to the ER yesterday due to these bed bugs biting her all over her body. She was sent home with topical and oral medication. Refer to the photos! I'm severely disappointed with the lack of accountability of the manager and its property. My sister tried speaking to a staff member today to follow up and she hung up on my sister after claiming someone would call her today to get this settled. We are planning to file a complaint and a report to the local health department. We are concerned that other people may encounter the same problem. Please beware!

For tent camping, what I loved was being able to set up on grass - which is a huge luxury, keeps dust down and offers an extra layer of padding. The facilities were very clean and though there was some wear and tear, they were super nice. This place is like being in a hotel after camping in forest service camp grounds with no amenities. Though I didn't plan on it, I ended up going to Lava Beds National Monument, which is just 10 minutes away. I went because Barbara, the owner/host gave me a map and said there was some must see caves and hiking. I really enjoyed my stay and will be back with my wife who enjoys more refined camping. It's a great balance between nature and everyday essentials, like water and electricity.

The team is awesome! The grounds are super clean and very well maintained. The spots are perfect. We have stayed in the large cabins, small cabins, trailer spots, tenting spots, and the glamping tents. We prefer the Steelhead and Salmon larger cabins and the glamping tents, or our own camper. There is so much fun to be had, or you can just relax in the peace and quiet and disconnect. The river access is easy and short, might be a challenge for folks that have mobility issues, but there is always the pool! The new owner has updated a lot of the infrastructure over the past several years, including satellite internet, so if you have to or need to work or get connected, it is not an issue. We recommend Del Loma and are consistent in referring people and families to go and check it out. Such a great family focussed place to escape. ~Casey & family~

It was 111 degrees when we arrived, the heat slowly dissipated as the days wore on, but the AC kept us cool, even in the two loft bedrooms. The only mechanical issue we encountered was the lake water pressure, but the techs easily fixed it. The marina store had snack items (mainly ice cream treats for us) at fair prices. Our boat was fully equipped with an array of cookware and entertaining pieces, Pottery Barn dishes and quality kitchen gadgets-- even a Pampered Chef garlic press. Our hot tub was clean and fully functional. The staff was professional- Every one of them that we interacted with. I highly recommend this company!

Other water parks let you bring in your own food and drink but I think this place is way cleaner and then you aren't competing for a table for food you bought with a family setting up a huge picnic of food they brought in. The tube thing was a little confusing and there seemed to be a bit of a shortage of the clear tubes. That's the only constructive feedback I have. Otherwise, it was a really great experience. The tube thing was not a big deal.

First, they wouldn't sell me a $5 parking pass unless I knew someone who rented a boat, so luckily the last name I used "Hanson" worked. They asked "Scott Hanson?" and I'm like, yeah, sure. Second, parking was full (as one might expect on the Saturday before Memorial Day at 4pm), so we had to park in an overflow lot. This meant getting an escort to the lot and a shuttle back to the harbor AND it meant having to estimate a specific time to come back, which is hard when you're depending on a bunch of party boat people for the ride back (I'm looking at you, Scott Hanson. Still, though I had to go through some hassles, the three guys who helped us, including Joe and Hamilton (who are just Frank and Reynolds shy a yacht rock band) were super friendly and helpful.
