When I called a month or so after my new door was installed, they knew who I was right away. I'd had a problem with the motor for the door (which they had not installed--I had used my old motor) and they came out right away and did an evaluation of the problem and did not charge me for the visit. I needed to order a new belt. I wasn't prepared to pay for it at the time, but they ordered the belt anyway, and held it in stock until I was ready for installation about two months later so that they could install it without delay. When I was ready, they came out within a day or two and did the installation quickly and competently, and for a little less than the original guess., When I read the previous review with just one star, I think it is unfair and certainly not anything like the experience I had with this company from beginning to end. Maybe Wilson's could be a little better about calling ahead, but in the previous review I see that Wilson's had a lot of customers (which tells me that a lot of people use this company), and that the main reason that Wilson's didn't want to work with the reviewer was because of the rude phone call they made. My experience with Wilson's tells me that they are people of integrity. They are very friendly, customer-oriented, and do good work! If I ever need another garage door, I don't think I can do any better than Wilson's, and I recommend them highly.

That afternoon came and went, these guy never showed up. They didn t even bother to call and inform me that they were not going to be able to make it. I was just left waiting and wondering where they were. That evening, my wife called and left a polite message for them questioning why they they didn t come when they had said they would. She expressed to them that it is unprofessional to make an appointment and not keep it without any sort of notice. The next morning, I received a phone call from the owner. He explained that they had gotten tied up the day before. He said that s why they were unable to make the appointment they had scheduled with me the day before. He then went on to tell me that they had planned to come to my house that morning and fix my door, but he didn t like the message that we left inquiring about their previous no show. He told me that because of that message, he would no longer be willing to do business with me. In other words, he would not come to my house and fix my garage door. I explained to Mr. Wilson that I understood them being backed up and not being able to make the previous appointment. But, I went on to explain that considering I was sitting around expecting them all day, a simple phone call telling me what was going on would have been courtious. Mr. Wilson offered no appology. I find that to be very unprofessional and uncourtious. I will gladly take my business elsewhere to a reliable company.

Their office is just about 1 1/2 miles from my home and neighbors highly recommended them. My garage opener had been making some noises and finally the chain snapped. I called Anytime and they were able to get me scheduled the next day. My appointment was later in the day and life happens. The appointment before me was taking longer and they called to let me know and reschedule me. My life is flexible, so I took the first appointment for that Friday. That morning, I got a courtesy call letting me know that they were on the way and that Jacob would be my tech. When he arrived, he introduced himself and shook my hand (that is something you don't see everyday). We went into the garage, he saw how old my opener was (20 years) and explained my options. He went into great detail on the differences between the different openers. I asked a few questions and he answered in layman's terms that someone like me could comprehend. I made my choice and he said it would take about an hour to install. I'm one of those peps, I looked at my watch. When he was finished, it was an hour, almost to the minute. He cleaned up after himself and you couldn't even tell that work had been done in my garage. I love my new LiftMaster garage door opener. It is quiet and runs smoothly, like a soft close drawer.
