History

Established in 2018.

Since Jan. 1, 2018 Brad Olsen's Lewis County Tax, Otto Rabe's Financial Accounting and Consulting Services and Wendy S. Mecham's CPA services conglomerated in order to create Mountain View CPAs. With the merge, we opened a Morton office under the Mountain View CPAs umbrella in order to more readily serve East Lewis County residents. Our expertise ranges from basic tax management and accounting services to more in-depth services such as audits, financial statements, and financial planning. Mt. View CPAs, Inc., PS is one of the leading firms in and throughout the area. By combining our expertise, experience and the team mentality of our staff, we assure that every client receives the close analysis and attention they deserve.

Meet the Business Owner: Brad, Otto, and Wendy M.

Brad, Otto, and Wendy have decades of tax and accounting experience between them. As partners, they work together to manage the firm. Brad is the MTV CPA President and original founder. His dad was a bookkeeper and he started very young doing tax returns because his dad would pay him a dollar a return. Nowadays he loves hiking, dogs, and spending time with the grandkids. "I love working on my tractor," he says. Wendy is our Director of Standards, meaning she makes sure all the work put in is up to par with state requirements. Besides working at MtV CPA, she also teaches payroll and accounting at Centralia College. Plus, she is a mom of five kids. Otto is our director of operations and also teaches at Centralia College. At Centralia College, he was the head of the accounting department and helped to initiate the Forensic Accounting Club and the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Center (VITA). Otto served in the Navy and Army for 21 years. He has three children and a dog named spot.
