After receiving attitude from the moment we got there, we asked why the price was so high. He didn't like that my friend was questioning him and told him to leave. As he was leaving he shoved him, grabbed him and looked like he was going to hit him. There were several kids outside. He called me a c*** after I told him that he was a loser for putting his hands on customers while his kids were outside. He also had said if we gave him attitude he wouldn't let me get my car. Someone told me her boyfriend also had a physical altercation with this man. The police department sent my car with this company and made the call before notifying me it was being towed. Maybe he was having a bad day but I left there shaking and shocked. I will say that this was the older man. I'm sure the son gives quality service and I hate bashing a local business. The man and the daughter were visibly distraught. It was the worst customer service that I have ever seen. He was so nice and said we could come on down to the shop. We got the spare put on really fast thanks to some nice gentlemen with power tools and a full-sized jack. We got down there and chatted with Jon. He said they'd have it fixed up and give me a call when it was done. He was so incredibly nice and personable. We went and grabbed lunch. He did call, but my service was shotty and he also sent a text. So, less than 2 hours and he had a beautiful used tire on her car and it was so incredibly well-priced. I don't think you can beat the service, time, and money spent to be honest especially with nice people. I can't say enough good things especially when he could have very well price-gouged, knowing people are in a pinch in that area. Good people.

This guy just runs his own codes again, "looks under the hood to see how easy it would be to fix oxygen sensors" and that was his diagnostics. I had to even ask what diagnostics he did when he went to charge me for this. His codes were the exact same by the way. Just wants to start changing things without a deep dive - so you'll end up changing a bunch of items with them. Customer service was obviously terrible too. Don't go here

They seem like decent guys to joke around with (trying to be fair here). But what I experienced was anything but professional. It would take pages to document this past weeks experiences with ABC. It feels like it's been much longer than that. They wasted way a large amount of my time and money as a result of incompetence. Whether it was completely forgetting about my tow, or charging me for new parts that he GAVE back to me so that I could INSTALL THEM MYSELF because he didn't HAVE TIME, or telling me he'd be there at 4:30pm to check me out but he then leaves to go home early for the day, or telling me he didn't get around to the oil change I asked for because he didn't have time! (which is odd because he went home early!!!) OR MAYBE it was just the fact that the whole reason for the tow was because the fuel pump was going, and he didn't touch anything besides the brakes! Throughout this entire process, I made an in-person appointment, 2 weeks out. I then went back in 2 days prior to the tow to confirm (shouldn't even be necessary on my part). When i finally got ahold of them over an hour after my scheduled pick up time, they begrudgingly came to pick me up, and then proceeded to tell me that they aren't going to even work on it for a few days because they have certain customers that are a priority. WHY DID I WAIT 2 WEEKS FOR AN APPOINTMENT THEN??? None of it makes sense. Honestly, they truly seem like decent individuals. BUT this was the most unprofessional spot I've been to since moving to Maine. 2/10
