He refused to give me my tires back. He wouldnt take ownership of his failed 4 miss diagnosis. When I told them that sounds wrong as now I have to pay for 3 days of their storage fees and also don't live in the state and needed my car back before the work week, they immediately told me if I have a problem to call the cops. I did, and the officer I spoke with quite literally told me "I would get my car back as soon as you can, otherwise it will be crazy expensive". Stanford did not budge after I told them I had spoke to the police and told them what they told me. When I went to pick up my car Monday, the business did not answer multiple calls from me, and I had to call the police AGAIN to finally get in contact with the owner to get MY PROPERTY back. And he charged me $1600. This place is a scam, and the owner is a bully and that is how he gets away with scamming people.

Told them to just cut the locks off since I had no idea where the key could be. Soon afterwards they called back that the car was ready. They replaced the locks without damaging the rims or lugs, and replaced the rear wiper that was damaged too.
