I came in and we agreed on colors for the appointment. God Bless Lori, she changed my hair from 4 inches of a grey crown with blonde to a glorious hip color. Then she said that she has to charge me an extra $20.00 because I had long hair. I said yes, but I only wanted my crown area done. She didn't budge. Then I had to sign a waiver or she wouldn't do my hair. Waiver said that I couldn't hold her or REGIS CO. liable if I was unhappy with my services. After she was done doing my color she asked if I wanted my hair blow dried? I asked if there's a charge and she said yes, $10.00. I said the only way you can see the true color was if the hair was dry, so I had to get the hair blow dried. Soooooo, $100.00 later you can barely see a difference in my hair color. I appreciated the fact that before she washed my hair, she assessed the condition of my hair and scalp and chose the most suitable shampoo treatment for my hair type and scalp condition. LaShawn also reminded me of the other services she offers so I decided to also get my eyebrows waxed and lash extension put on. She was kind enough to also put my eye makeup on for me.
